Connected North

Transforming lives through technology

At Cisco, we believe that amazing things can happen through connections. We seek to create a more connected Canada, in order to share ideas and resources, drive understanding, innovate and prosper. It's about bridging the divide between urban and remote communities and finding new opportunities through these connections.

On April 2nd, Cisco announced a new initiative focused on delivering immersive and interactive education and healthcare services to remote northern communities through high-definition two-way video and collaboration technologies.

Together with Peter Taptuna, Premier of Nunavut, Paul Quassa, Minister of Education, along with all our valued partners, we showcased Cisco's ground breaking corporate social responsibility initiative and the impact its having on Canada's North.
