DTMF input in Jabber Video not always working

If you cannot send DTMF tones with Jabber Video, the two most likely causes are:

  • You have muted your microphone. In most cases, DTMF will still work, but depending on the available infrastructure, you may experience this problem when audio input is muted. Unmute your microphone and try again.
  • You are on a poor network connection and experiencing high packet loss, which may disrupt the DTMF signals.
