Firmware on the HBA must be verified for compatibility with the current Cisco IMC and BIOS versions that are installed on the server. If not compatible, upgrade or downgrade the HBA firmware accordingly.

This option can control up to 24 drives.
The required UCS-240CBLMR24= cable kit has one cable with a mini-SAS HD connector on each end.
Make the following connections:
1. Connect one end of the cable to the HBA.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to the single mini-SAS HD connector on the expander.
