I have a blank screen on my SPA9XX LCD, what is the problem?
This article is one in a series to assist in the setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Cisco Small Business products (formerly Linksys Business Series).
Step 1:Check that the unit is using the correct power adapter (5Volts, 1Ampere rating).
Step 2:Check if IP phone is plugged-in to a known working power outlet.
Step 3: If the SPA9XX LCD screen still shows no display, then the unit is considered to be defective. Contact Support for replacement of the product.
