The Connected Grid Module - Cellular provides 2G, 3G, and 4G wireless backhaul capabilities for the Cisco 1000 Series Connected Grid Routers.

Connected Grid Modules expand WAN connectivity options by providing access to CDMA and EVDO cellular networks as well as GSM, UMTS, evolved HSPA+, and 4G LTE networks available through service providers. Wireless connectivity is a convenient alternative to wired connections and serves as the primary WAN connection for Cisco 1000 Series Connected Grid Routers.
