Module 10: Cisco SMB Support Assistant

Introduction

Welcome to Module 10: Cisco SMB Support Assistant.

In previous lessons you have learned about the services available to large or enterprise customers. This module will help you understand the services available to small and medium-sized businesses (called SMBs).

After having completed this module, you will be able to:

  Review the Cisco SMB Support Assistant (Cisco SMB SA) program with customers.
  Identify the components of the Cisco SMB Support Assistant program.
  Identify the products supported by Cisco SMB Support Assistant.
  Describe the similarities and differences between Cisco SMB Support Assistant and SMARTnet.
  Position Cisco SMB Support Assistant in relation to SMARTnet.
  Identify whether your customer is eligible for or would receive value from Cisco SMB Support Assistant given a set of customer requirements.
