SMU Caveats:
This is APSP - AP Service Pack to fix AP issues. The base Catalyst 9800 version
must be 17.15.3 CCO  to install this APSP.
When installed, WLC reload is not required and WLC will not reload. Once
installed, APs (Access points) will proceed to update images and go with
staggered reboot.
