This year's Cisco Americas Customer Collaboration Sales Summit will be held at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans. This AAA Four Diamond hotel features contemporary designed guestrooms with breathtaking city views. Located a few blocks from our hotel, you will find popular tourist attractions like the historic French Quarter, Ernest N. Morial Convention Center and the Mississippi Riverfront.

Cisco has negotiated for you the best rooms at special discounted rates of $189/night (fees/taxes are not included) based on a single or double occupancy. *Please note that there is a $200 registration fee attendees who are not staying at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans hotel.

A: There is no registration fee to attend the summit. However, there is a $200 one-time fee for those who are not staying at the designated hotel, the Hyatt Regency New Orleans. Sponsors and those local to the New Orleans area are exempt from this fee.
Q: I've completed my registration and need to make a change. What do I do?
A: If you need to make a change to your registration, your confirmation email contains a confirmation code and link that allows you to access your registration to make edits. If you still have questions, please contact Sarah English.

Q: When should I plan on arriving and departing New Orleans?
A: Attendees are invited to a pre-summit kick-off party on the evening of September 22nd. The summit officially starts at 9 a.m. CDT on Wednesday, September 23rd, and ends on Thursday, September 24th at 4:30 p.m. CDT. We encourage you to stay throughout the entire summit until the very end. We have an exciting line up of dynamic speakers on Day 2, which you won't want to miss.
Q: What are the transportation options from the airport to the hotel?
A: Cab transportation is available from the airport to the hotel. It should take ~20 minutes from the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport to the Hyatt Regency, starting at the cost of ~$33 for up to 2 people, and $14 per person for 3 or more passengers. Pick-up is on the lower level, outside the baggage claim area. There may be an additional charge for extra baggage. Taxis are required to offer a credit card payment option.
Shuttle service is also available for $20.00 (per person, one-way) or $38.00 (per person, round-trip; three bags per person). You may all 1-866-596-2699 or (504) 522-3500 for more details or to make a reservation. Ticket booths are located on the lower level in the baggage claim area.
Airport Limousine is the official limousine service for Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. Convenient kiosks are located in the baggage claim area and no hassle curb side pickups are available. Rates begin at $58 for 1 or 2 passengers.

Q: What is the weather like in New Orleans in September?
A: The fall in New Orleans offers a reprieve from the heat, and is a nice time to visit. The average temperature in September is 86°F during the day; and 73°F during the evenings. Although it is still very warm in September, there is still a risk of rain so make sure to bring a waterproof jacket or umbrella just in case.
