Optional Birds of a Feather sessions

Moderated by Cisco subject matter experts, these informal sessions are a unique opportunity to openly discuss topics of mutual interest with peers, exchange ideas, share candid feedback and spend face-to-face time with Cisco experts. These are optional sessions during the lunch hour. Lunch will be served.

• Demos and dCloud
  Discuss any and every thing about Contact Center demonstration capabilities and resources and the dCloud platform. Bring your feedback, questions, and most importantly, ideas for new demos!
• Cisco Finesse
  This session is dedicated to all things Finesse. Come and share your feedback about the product (good feedback and opportunities for improvement). This is a great opportunity to discuss feature requests and the overall direction of the product.

  Packaged CCE is now a mature and popular mid-market Enterprise Contact Center solution. Our major focus has been on SIMPLIFICATION, making it easier for enterprises to deploy, manage and troubleshoot their CCE solution; thereby reducing the total cost of ownership. What's next for PCCE?
