Q: Is the promotion based on purchase, shipment or invoice date?
A: Product must be invoiced by the distributor from April 14, 1997 to July 15, 1997.Q: Is this promotion available to VARs that have purchased products directly from Cisco?
A: No. However, the promotion is available to anyone purchasing product from Cisco U.S. distributors.Q: Can I fly anywhere? How long are the tickets good? Are there blackout periods for travel?
A: American Airlines Award Certificates are good for round-trip, coach transportation anywhere in the 48 contiguous states and Canada. Black out periods are Nov. 26, 30, 1997, Dec. 1, 19-20, 27-28, 1997, and Jan. 4, 1998. Travel certificates are valid through June 30, 1998. All details will be on the travel certificates.Q: Are the tickets transferable?
A: Blank Travel certificates will be sent to the sales representative claiming the award. Please note, that the sales representative is responsible for any tax implications and will be receiving a 1099 form at the end of the year. The tax value of each award is approximately $310.Q: What happens once the travel certificate is received?
A: The travel award recipient must redeem his certificate directly with American Airlines.Q: Can tickets be upgraded to first class or combined with any other promotion?
