Cisco Technical Education is an e-learning portal that includes a variety of training modules for many of Cisco's platforms and technologies, including break/fix and new product introduction training that is used by Cisco's technical assistance center (TAC) engineers.
Access to Cisco Technical Education is available on an annual subscription basis. It was developed to meet the needs of Cisco customers who are interested in just-in-time learning offerings that do not require individuals to travel to a training center.

The technical training content within Cisco Technical Education has been organized into technology packages. This enables you to select one or more technology packages that best fits your staff´s needs or you can choose the All Access package, which includes access to all training modules.
Customers can purchase either an ´all access pass´ to all of the content in the Cisco Technical Education portal, or purchase access to one or more of the seven technology packages. Access is purchased on an individual student basis, much like a software user license, and is valid for twelve months.
