Prerequisites

While a valid Cisco CCNP Voice or CCVP is not a prerequisite certification, a working understanding of Implementing Cisco Voice Communications and QoS (CVOICE), Implementing Cisco Quality of Service (QoS), Implementing Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Part 1 (CIPT1), and Implementing Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Part 2 (CIPT2) is highly recommended.
