    The Feedback portlet offers you the opportunity to rate and offer feedback and suggestions about My Tech Support.

    To provide feedback:

    1. Select your rating.
    2. Type your feedback or suggestions in the Suggestions for improvement box.
    3. Click Send. A Thank You page displays.

    Why is the Feedback portlet empty?

    If the Feedback portlet is empty, send email to mytechsupport-feedback@cisco.com.

    How do I delete the Feedback portlet?

    1. Click the Edit icon on the active page tab. The portlets and the layout for your page display.
    2. Click the X on the Feedback portlet.
    3. Click Save. The portlet is removed from your page.

    To add the portlet again:

    1. Click the Edit icon on the active page tab.
    2. Click the Add Portlet button. A list of portlets that you can add to your page displays.
