What is the Did You Know portlet and how does it work?

The Did You Know portlet directs you to some of the tips and tricks of My Tech Support, allowing you to get the most of the personalized features it has to offer.

Just click on the links provided to learn how to maximize your My Tech Support experience. A new window launches with the details of that feature.

How do I delete the Did You Know portlet?

1. Click the Edit icon on the active page tab. You see the portlets and the layout for your page.
2. Click the X on the Did You Know portlet.
3. Click Save. The portlet disappears from your page.

To add the portlet again:

1. Click the Edit icon on the active page tab.
2. Click the Add Portlet button. A list of portlets that you can add to your page displays.
