We recommend that you use Korean Air Limousine (KAL):

Food and beverage for the event will be hosted by Cisco and the city of Seoul:

  • Continental breakfast: May 21 and 22
  • Lunch: May 21 and 22
  • Dinner reception: May 21

Room Rates

The room rate is KRW₩200,000 (approxmiately US$135) per night. This is a discounted group rate. All accommodations are the responsibility of the attendees.

Room rates are subject to a 10 percent service charge; a 10 percent value-added tax will be applied if the hotel bill is paid by a Korean or local company, and a 1 percent value-added tax will be applied only if the hotel bill is paid by a foreign company.

Reservations

To receive the discounted group rate, please book your reservation through the Connected Urban Development Conference registration website. If you book directly through the hotel, the discount rate will not apply.

The hotel accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, and JCB. The hotel reserves the right to preauthorize credit cards prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Accommodations for Connected Urban Development Global Conference 2009 are held on a group basis. You may cancel your reservation prior to 5:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time on May 18, 2009 without a cancellation fee. If you cancel after May 18, 100 percent of the charges will apply if your room cannot be resold. The same rules apply if you fail to arrive at the hotel for your confirmed dates. The hotel will refund cancellation charges to your credit card should the room be resold.

Attendee Responsibility

Please note that by extending this invitation, Cisco and city of Seoul are unable to pay for accommodations or travel for CUD attendees. There is no fee to attend Connected Urban Development Global Conference 2009. You are, however, responsible for your flights, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation to the conference venue.
