Finance Rotation Program (FRP)

Developing future leaders through a rotation program that provides experience, education, exposure, and career growth.

Cisco's highly-regarded Finance Rotation Program (FRP) is a two-year, entry-level learning and development program for recent college graduates in business or related fields of study. You will learn through a rotation of meaningful finance job assignments, a defined training curriculum, and exposure to senior finance leadership. The program is comprised of managers and mentors who are deeply committed to developing you into a world-class leader!

But the FRP is not just a program; it's a community of early-in-career finance professionals that are eager to help each other grow. As a close-knit group, you will learn together and have the opportunity to engage in professional networking and social events.

As an undergraduate financial analyst or intern, you will support team-based projects and complete individual assignments that accelerate your learning. You will also collaborate and interact with finance Leaders, cross-functional teams, and other FRP professionals.

Throughout this program, you will rotate through four, 6-month, complementary areas of Finance and Accounting such as:

  • Business, Technology and Operations Finance
  • Corporate Controllers Group
  • Sales & Service Finance
  • Corporate Finance
  • Treasury
  • Global Tax & Customs
  • Cisco Capital

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher
  • Finance, accounting, economics, or related business degree
  • Insatiable curiosity
  • Understands Industry and business trends
  • Exceptional leader and contributor to the team
  • Flourishes in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Advocates for Cisco, Cisco Finance, and FRP
  • Influences and drives change
