When and where is the event scheduled?
The Cisco ITS CIO Conclave is scheduled from February 25th - 27th, 2007, at the Park ,Goa, India.

Do I need to pay for my accommodations?
No, you do not need to pay for your accommodation, the Cisco ITS CIO Conclave team will arrange for it. However, if there are any other room charges viz. Laundry, Room Service, Mini-bar Internet usage etc. then they would be billed to your credit card. Your room arrangement has been made on a Single Occupancy basis. Please note that the Hotel Check-in time is 02:00 pm & Check-out time is 12:00 pm.

Are substitutions allowed or can I bring a guest along?
No, the Cisco ITS CIO Conclave is an invitation only event and Spouses and Guests will not be a part of the invitee list.

A confirmation will be sent to you via email.

What should I wear to the Cisco ITS CIO Conclave?
Business casual attire is appropriate for meetings and the main Conference sessions. The dress code for the Entertainment evenings on 25th & 26th February is Casual attire, & beach wear for Water Sports on 27th February.

Do I need to wear my badge during the entire Cisco ITS CIO Conclave?
Please wear your conference badge to all group functions and meetings so that you can be readily identified as an attendee of Cisco ITS CIO Conclave.

Can I get copies of the material presented at the conference?
The presentations of Cisco ITS CIO Conclave would be uploaded on the website approximately one week after the event and the downloadable link will be mailed to you post event.

Where are the accommodation facilities being made for the delegates attending Cisco ITS CIO Conclave ?
Cisco ITS CIO Conclave - hotel accommodations have been reserved for attendees at the property listed below. Your room arrangement has been made on a Single Occupancy. Do not call the hotel directly to book your reservation. Your hotel reservations will be booked through the ‘Cisco ITS CIO Conclave' registration system.

Note: If you require dates outside the conference dates, the Cisco ITS CIO Conclave will assist you with same, however you will be billed directly to you by the hotel.

What meals would be served during the Conference?
There will be a variety of Continental, Oriental and Indian cuisines at the event; suitable for all palettes.

Is there parking available at the hotel reserved for Cisco ITS CIO Conclave? What is the cost?
Self parking and Valet Parking are available at the hotel. Please check with the hotel for more information.

What time is check-in and check-out at the hotels reserved for Cisco ITS CIO Conclave?
The check-in time is 3:00 pm and the check-out time is 12:00 Noon at the hotel.

Do I need to give a credit card to reserve my hotel room?
No. However, the hotel may ask for the same to care of any incidental expenses that you may have incurred viz. Laundry, Room Service, Mini-bar, Internet usage etc.

Do I need to pay for my own travel?
No, Cisco Systems will make arrangements for your transportation to the event Location. We will also be providing Airport as part of the Cisco ITS CIO Conclave services. We will appreciate if you could kindly confirm your travel requirements latest by 15th February 2008 to facilitate the smooth processing of your travel request.

How long does it take to get to/from the Airport?
It is approximately a 15 minutes drive from the Airport to the hotel.
