Using WhatsUp Gold from Ipswitch, you can also monitor printers, workstations, servers, and important network services.
SNMS - CiscoWorks Small Network Management Solution:
CiscoWorks SNMS is a part of the CiscoWorks family of products for managing small to large networks. CiscoWorks SNMS is a new Web-based network management solution aimed at small to medium businesses (SMB), with 20 or fewer Cisco internetworking devices such as switches, routers, hubs and access servers.CiscoWorks SNMS can also monitor non-Cisco IT assets such as servers, applications, services and printers.
CiscoWorks SNMS is a collection of Windows 2000 based network management applications that fill the needs of the technically savvy customer in the SMB space. CiscoWorks SNMS allows users to monitor and set thresholds for a large number of servers and non- Cisco devices. It provides a powerful set of lifecycle functionality including configuration management and troubleshooting tools for Cisco devices.
LMS - CiscoWorks LAN Management Solution:
CiscoWorks LAN Management Solution (LMS) is part of the CiscoWorks family of network solutions providing a robust set of applications for maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting a broad-range of devices in an end-to-end Cisco AVVID network.
LMS provides a solid foundation of basic and advanced management applications that enable network operators to more efficiently manage the network.
NAM - Cisco Network Analysis Module:
IP fabric enabled traffic monitoring blade for the Catalyst 6500 chasis. NAM helps to understand and utilize network resources to detect and isolate network problems and provides standards-based performance monitoring, troubleshooting, capacity planing and reporting.

ITEM - CiscoWorks IP Telephony Environment Monitor:
The CiscoWorks IP Telephony Environment Monitor (ITEM) (formerly VoIP Health Monitor) is a suite of network management applications and several optional drop-in modules that provide a powerful solution to monitor and manage IP telephony implementations. CiscoWorks ITEM enables operations and administrative personnel to check the state and operational health of key resources in their converged networks that support IP telephony as well as voice-over-IP (VoIP) implementations.

CVM - CiscoWorks Voice Manager:
CiscoWorks2000 Voice Manager 2.1 (CVM) is a client-server, web-based voice management and reporting solution. The application provides enhanced capabilities to configure and provision voice ports, and create and modify dial plans on voice-enabled Cisco routers for voice over IP (VoIP), voice over Frame Relay (VoFR), and voice over ATM (VoATM) network deployments. Products managed include the Cisco 1700, 2600, and 3600 series, MC3810 series, AS5300, AS5350, AS5400, and AS5800 series universal access servers, and 7200 and 7500 series routers. Additionally, CVM provides a powerful reporting tool that allows users to select report types to analyze traffic data. Enhanced reporting capabilities and additional data source information collection is optionally available.

URT - Cisco Secure User Registeration Tool:
