Description of the Release

Cisco IOS® Software Release 12.3(7)XJ is an ED (XED) release of Mobile-IP HomeAgent R2.0 for the CDMA networks. The HomeAgent can run on the Cisco 7200VXR and the Mobile Wireless Access Module (MWAM) card for the Catalyst 6500/7600 platforms. The HomeAgent R2.0 release contains features for Cisco customers like Bell Mobility, Sprint, and so forth. Features include HotLining, VPN routing and forwarding (VRF), On-Demand Address Pool (ODAP), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) based IP address allocation, and so forth. The HomeAgent feature set remains the same on both 7200VXR and MWAM for Catalyst 6500/7600. Up to five instances of HomeAgent images can run each MWAM card. This aggregates session capacity and throughput of the box.
