Supported Switches

ANM 1.2 supports Cisco Catalyst 6500 series switches with Cisco Supervisor 720 modules and Multilayer Switch Feature Cards (MSFC3).

Table 1 lists the switches and sysObjectIDs that ANM 1.2 supports.

Supported Routers

Table 2 lists the Cisco 7600 series routers and the sysObjectIDs that the ANM server supports.

The Cisco 7600 series router requires either IOS software version 12.2(18)SXF4 or 12.2(33)SR8 or later. Note that IOS release 12.2(33)SXH runs only on the Cisco Catalyst 6500 switch.

Supported Supervisor Engines

Table 3 identifies the Cisco Supervisor Engines and software versions that ANM 1.2 supports.

Supported CSS, CSM, and CSM-S Modules

Table 4 identifies the Content Services Switch (CSS), Content Switching Module (CSM), and Content Switching Module with SSL (CSM-S) and their versions that ANM 1.2 supports.

Supported Browsers

All browsers must have cookies, Javascript/scripting, and popup windows enabled.

Note Firefox 2.0 client on Sun hardware was tested and approved on the following models: SunOS 5.10 sun4u SPARC SUNW, Sun-Blade-1500 (1.5 GHz UltraSPARC IIIi processor) and SunOS 5.8 sun4u SPARC SUNW, Sun-Blade-100. If you use less capable Sun hardware, it may result in degraded ANM 1.2 performance and response time.
