This command reference document describes the commands used to configure LAN switching and Multilayer switching features in Cisco IOS software.

The commands for configuring LAN Emulation (LANE) features are presented in the Cisco IOS ATM Command Reference, 12.3(14)T .

Note Prior to Cisco IOS release 12.3(14)T the commands for configuring LANE, LAN switching and multilayer switching features were presented in the Cisco IOS Switching Services Command Reference Book.
