This feature allows both IPv4 and IPv6 ACLs on the Cisco Catalyst 6500 platform to update the ACL entry statistics with a platform entry count.

The counters reflect all matches applied to the ACL, regardless of where the match was applied (such as on the platform or in the software feature path). This feature allows both IPv4 and IPv6 ACLs on the Cisco Catalyst 6500 platform to update the ACL entry statistics with a platform entry count.
