< < Back

Cisco offers content, such as Cisco audio programs and conference calls via downloadable MP3 files, that can be played on digital media devices or from a users' home computer, as well as Cisco podcasting feeds that deliver audio files to users as they are posted to the Cisco podcast Website.

By exercising any rights to the audio content provided from this Website, you agree to be bound by the terms of the Cisco License Agreement ("Agreement") located at http://newsroom.cisco.com/dlls/podcasts/license.html. Click here for the full text of the Agreement, which may be updated from time to time by Cisco in its sole discretion and without notice. Cisco will post a copy of the updated version of the Agreement, and you will independently and regularly review the Agreement at the identified (or newly identified) URL.

You may link to our feed and distribute copies of downloaded audio content, but you must provide proper attribution of the audio file by listing "Cisco Systems" as the source for each audio file. In no event may you modify, edit, alter, transform, or create derivative works based upon any of the Cisco downloadable MP3 files or podcasting feeds (or any audio content therein).

Cisco reserves all rights in and to any logos, trademarks or trade names contained in any Cisco downloadable MP3 file or podcasting feed, and your right to use these logos, trademarks or trade names is limited to providing attribution in connection with the downloadable MP3 files and/or podcasting feeds. Users of downloadable MP3 files, podcasting feeds, or any other content downloaded from this website cannot charge additional fees or licenses for the downloadable MP3 files, podcasting feeds, or downloaded content, nor may such users use the downloadable MP3 files, podcasting feeds, or any downloaded content in connection with any commercial purposes.

Cisco may modify the list of available downloadable MP3 files or podcasting feeds (or the audio content in the feeds) at any time without notifying you. Additionally, Cisco reserves the right to cease offering this content (or portion thereof) and/or revoke your downloadable MP3 files and/or podcasting feeds syndication privileges at any time, for any reason or for no reason. At all times while interacting with any Cisco website, you must comply with the Cisco website Terms and Conditions.
