Mail Policies: Anti-Spam

Here we can edit the policy created for Sales.

  1. Click, "use selected anti-spam service(s)"
  2. Change positively identified spam settings to "drop"

Under Spam Thresholds, click "use custom settings" at which point you can change the positively identified spam and suspected spam scores. These scores determine how strict IronPort anti-spam will be.

After your changes, you would click "submit" then "commit changes."
