You have no local Operator, Read-Only Operator, Guest, or Help Desk users defined in your system.
Go to System Administration > Users to configure local users.



External authentication is disabled. Go to System Administration > Users to enable external authentication.

End-User Quarantine Access

 

Enabling this feature allow end-users to access and manage their suspected spam quarantine.
Users with access will be able to view, search, release and delete messages from their quarantine.
  
If "None" is selected messages will be accessible via links in the Notification Message digest without additional End-User Authentication

Edit Spam Quarantines

Here is where you edit the parameters of the anti-spam quarantine. You can adjust the size, delete timeframe, access and appearance. You can also configure notification emails to be sent to end users when messages hit the anti-spam quarantine.

  1. Change the schedule delete to 7 days
  2. Make sure the "Notify Cisco upon release of message" is checked.

Under the Spam Notification section, you can add the address you wish for recipients to receive letting them know they received suspect email. In the bottom box, you can also change the delivery schedule for the notification email.
