背景資訊

Diameter錯誤代碼： "IP-CAN_SESSION_NOT_AVAILABLE (5065)「 」是PCRF中常見的Diameter實驗結果代碼，它處理 Voice over Long-Term Evolution (VoLTE) 服務。

正常的VoLTE系統不會生成此錯誤。本檔案將討論幾個報告此錯誤的案例，以及解決這些錯誤的各種方法。

GX_(CCR-I)和Rx_AAR中的Framed-IP-Prefix AVP值的差異

案例 2

在CPS中設定的Gx過時會話計時器和會話過期計時器中的矛盾

1. Gx過時會話計時器是什麼？

每次收到或傳送任何給定Gx會話的消息時，都會安裝此計時器。計時器到期時， Gx_Re-Auth-Request (RAR)  傳送方式 Re-Auth-Request-Type AVP 設定為 AUTHORIZE_ONLY (0) 到PGW的Gx會話。如果收到Gx_Re-Auth-Answer(RAA)，結果代碼AVP值設定為 DIAMETER_UNKNOWN_SESSION_ID (5002) 或 DIAMETER_UNABLE_TO_COMPLY (5012) gx會話被視為過時並從PCRF內部資料庫中刪除。通過Gx介面執行任何活動 (Gx_RAR/Gx_CCR) ，計時器已重置。

2.什麼是會話過期計時器？

如果在計時器設定內未收到消息，則從PCRF中刪除會話。

在有問題的情況下，計時器設定為這樣。 

Gx過時會話計時器：180分鐘

會話過期時間：240分鐘

根據計時器配置，180分鐘後，將生成保持活動狀態的RAR並將其傳送到PGW，如果會話處於非活動狀態達240分鐘，則將從PCRF資料庫刪除會話。

如果由於多種原因[Gx介面抖動、PGW停止服務或任何角的情況]而錯過了保持活動RAR，則會話將到達其過期時間，同時，如果從AF收到任何Rx_AAR，您會看到此錯誤，並且Gx_RAR會傳送到PGW，且  Session-Release-Cause: UNSPECIFIED_REASON (0).

案例3的方法

引入 Rx_ASR 到AF以清除已建立的Rx會話(如果CPS收到 Diameter Error Code=5002 來自PGW的Gx_RAR響應。這樣，如果會話不存在於PGW中，且CPS接收 Diameter Error 5002 ,CPS在軟刪除Gx會話的同時，向AF節點傳送一條Rx_ASR消息，消息中包含 Abort-Cause: 0.

設定Rx_ASR引數的過程

步驟 1.以根使用者身份登入群集管理器。

步驟 2.備份qns.conf 檔案。
