問題

URL詳細資訊不會顯示在郵件日誌/郵件跟蹤中。

原因

在URL過濾高級設定中，預設禁用URL日誌記錄。僅當啟用URL過濾並且策略操作觸發URL掃描（例如，基於URL信譽或類別的內容或郵件過濾條件）時，才會生成URL日誌條目。

環境

已啟用帶有URL過濾的ESA。

解決方案

通過CLI啟用

websecurityadvancedconfig命令包含用於啟用URL日誌記錄的選項。

1. 運行命令websecurityadvancedconfig。
2. 在提示「Do you wish to enable logging of URLs？」時，輸入Y。

通過GUI啟用

1.定位至安全服務> URL篩選。

2.在Advanced Settings下，選擇URL logging旁邊的Enable單選按鈕。

驗證

1.在ESA網路介面中，選擇Monitor > Message Tracking。

URL詳細資訊將顯示在「URL詳細資訊」(URL Details)頁籤下的消息跟蹤介面中。此頁籤顯示URL的信譽分數或類別等資訊。
