本文档介绍如何对启用语音邮件(与激活与Cisco Unity Express(CUE)关联的许可证相关)时出现的问题进行故障排除。
注意：如果您订购了新路由器，它将随附Cisco IOS®软件映像以及您预安装的软件包和功能的相应许可证。使用前，您无需激活或注册Cisco IOS软件。路由器将软件许可证文件存储在闪存中。

Cisco Unity Express软件激活概述
从Cisco Unity Express 7.1开始，支持一种称为CSL许可的新型许可证。使用CSL许可证时，邮箱许可证计数包括个人邮箱和GTP导向器模块(GDM)。 邮箱的类型在配置时确定。此外，呼叫代理不再使用许可证指定，并且可以配置为安装后流程的一部分或在启动过程中。
您可以为以下类型的功能购买CSL许可证：

信箱
-
端口
-
IVR
-
TimeCardView
注意：例如，如果您为4个IVR会话、10个端口和265个邮箱购买CSL许可证，则您可以为自动总机或语音邮件使用6个端口，为IVR使用4个端口。
问题
您有一个NME-CUE模块要安装在2921 CUCME路由器上。CUE模块随v3.x一起加载，因此您执行了版本7.1.4的全新安装。
您订购了C2921-CME-SRST/K9（CME捆绑包）以及NME-CUE选项，该选项应包括8个语音邮件/自动总机端口。
即使您添加了购买的许可证，语音邮件也未启用。
解决方案
问题与端口许可证不可用有关。完成这些步骤以解决问题：

您需要购买所需的产品授权密钥(PAK)。

UDI和PAK输入到思科的许可门户。

如果尚未更改许可证优先级，请更改该优先级。

问题
如果您未看到邮箱并收到%错误：许可证优先级修改失败：在第6步发出命令时，未找到有效的许可证或Mailbox count reached license mailbox count错误消息，然后激活以下解决方案中所述的语音邮件邮箱许可证。
解决方案
发出以下命令以启用语音邮件：
license activate ivr sessions 0 license activate voicemail mailboxes 25 license activate ports 24 write memory reload
如果问题仍然存在，这可能是因为许可证文件由许可证团队提供，并且可能仅用于语音邮件邮箱许可证，而不是语音邮件端口。因此，请确保添加以下CUE许可证功能：
