    问题

    打开诊断框架门户时，无法列出服务或进程。

    当您尝试列出您获得的服务时：

    ListServicesReply (Error) 

    No ICM service found.

    当您尝试列出进程时，未列出任何内容。

    在系统CLI中， show process 命令会发出警告：

    admin:show processes

Warning: org.apache.xerces.jaxp.SAXParserImpl$JAXPSAXParser:

    解决方案

    这是由于Windows Management Instrumentation(WMI)失败导致的。

    从诊断框架日志中，当检索到服务状态时，您可以看到WMI服务出现异常：
