Configurar a Reserva de IPv4 do DHCP no FTD Usando FlexConfig

Problema

• Um administrador deseja configurar um dispositivo FTD (Firewall Threat Defense) como um servidor DHCP para uma estação de trabalho e configurar uma reserva de endereço DHCP para um dispositivo de ponto final.

• A configuração envolve configurar o servidor DHCP para o FTD nativamente no Centro de gerenciamento de firewall (FMC) e usar o FlexConfig para adicionar a reserva de IP do DHCP.

Ambiente

• Firewall Threat Defense (FTD) versão 10.x. Outras versões de software também são afetadas.

• Firewall Management Center (FMC) 10.x Outras versões de software também são afetadas.

Topologia

O ambiente DHCP específico inclui:

• A interface do servidor DHCP é NET200.

• O pool do servidor DHCP é 192.0.2.10 - 50.

• Dispositivo de terminal com endereço MAC 0000.5E00.5301. O objetivo é reservar o endereço IP 192.0.2.45 para este terminal.

Resolução

O pool 192.0.2.10 - 50 é configurado na interface FTD NET200:

Para a reserva de endereço IP do DHCP, use FlexConfig:

• Tipo de Implantação: Defina como "Uma vez".

• Tipo de configuração: Defina como "Anexar" (esse é o padrão). "Prepend" também pode ser usado.

Validação da configuração

A configuração implantada:

Operação em Segundo Plano

Para capturar os pacotes DHCP, use estes comandos:

• O cliente DHCP escuta a porta UDP 68.

• O servidor DHCP escuta a porta UDP 67.

Causa

• O FMC não oferece suporte nativo à configuração da reserva de endereço IP do DHCP. Portanto, o FlexConfig deve ser usado para configurar a reserva de endereço IP.
