Este documento descreve como redefinir os dispositivos de hardware SEG ou SWA, se você usar o método de autenticação enablediag.
As informações neste documento foram criadas a partir de dispositivos em um ambiente de laboratório específico. Todos os dispositivos utilizados neste documento foram iniciados com uma configuração (padrão) inicial. Se a rede estiver ativa, certifique-se de que você entenda o impacto potencial de qualquer comando.
O SEG/SWA fica inacessível por meio da WebUI ou da rede se uma atualização falhar ou os serviços forem corrompidos, o que deixa uma RMA como a única opção. Esse recurso permite redefinir o equipamento para as configurações padrão de fábrica e evitar a necessidade de uma RMA.
1. Acesse o SEG/SWA através do console ou de uma sessão de terminal Ethernet.
2. Efetue login com estas credenciais:
3. Execute o comando resetappliance.
4. Selecione a opção obrigatória da versão anterior na lista exibida.
5. Confirme a operação de redefinição.
6. Aguarde até que o equipamento apague todas as configurações para os padrões do sistema, incluindo a remoção das configurações de IP da rede.
7. Verifique se o SEG/SWA voltou a um estado limpo e não configurado e se está pronto para configuração.

resetappliance -- Reset appliance reverts the appliance to chosen build with factory default settings with default IP. No network configuration would be preserved.

This command will revert the appliance to a previous version of AsyncOS.
Warning: Reverting the appliance is extremely destructive.
The following data will be destroyed in the process and should be backed up:
- current system configuration file
- all log files
- all reporting data (including saved scheduled and archived reports)
- any custom end user notification pages
- current network settings
Reverting the device will cause a reboot to take place.
After rebooting, the appliance reinitializes itself and reboots
again to the desired version, with default system configuration.

This command will revert the appliance to a previous version of AsyncOS.

- all log files
- all databases (including messages in Virus Outbreak and Policy quarantines)
- all reporting data (including saved scheduled reports)
- all message tracking data
- all IronPort Spam Quarantine message and end-user safelist/blocklist data
Before running this command, be sure you have:
- saved the configuration file of this appliance (with passwords unmasked)
- exported the IronPort Spam Quarantine safelist/blocklist database
to another machine (if applicable)
- waited for the mail queue to empty
Reverting the device causes an immediate reboot to take place.
After rebooting, the appliance reinitializes itself and reboots
again to the desired version.
