Monitore a fonte de alimentação redundante com SNMP

Introduction

Alguns switches da Cisco permitem uma fonte de alimentação redundante (RPS) além da fonte de alimentação local. Este documento fornece informações sobre como monitorar o status do RPS nos Switches, usando o SNMP.

Using the RMON alarms and events groups, you can configure the Switch so that it sends an alarm in SNMP trap format to the specified management station.

Configurar alteração de armadilhas de status em Switches que suportem o CISCO-STACK-MIB

Configure esses comandos em um Switch que suporte CISCO-STACK-MIB para obter um evento RMON, encaminhado como uma armadilha de SNMP para a estação de NMS, quando o status de RPS mudar de ok(2) para majorFault(4):

Configure as armadilhas de alteração de status em Switches que suportam o CISCO-C2900-MIB

Estes comandos devem ser configurados em um Switch que suporte o CISCO-C2900-MIB para poder obter um evento de RMON, encaminhado como armadilha à estação NMS, quando o status do RPS for alterado de connectedFunctional(2) para absent(1):
