Steve has a long history in the Telecommunications industry spanning over 30 years, with the last 18 years spent working in the Asia Pacific Market.
During this time Steve has launched some of the most exciting and innovative technology platforms in the Collaboration and Contact Centre industry and worked closely with many large organisations across Asia Pacific to bring effective change to their business.
In his current role as Head of Strategy for Cisco Collaboration in APJ, Steve drives overall business and segment strategy for the complete Cisco Collaboration Portfolio, with a focus on transforming the Workplace and Customer experience.
Bill Zeng is the Cloud Collaboration Evanglist for Cisco’s Collaboration business in Asia Pacific and Japan. In his 20+ years in the telecom and information technology industry, Bill has been a technology innovator and facilitator. His ability to foresee the technology trend and marry disrruptive technology to business needs has enabled him to be the first mover in VoIP, IP Telephony, TelePresence video and collaboration. More recently, Bill has been focusing on Cisco Webex, Software as a Service and Service Provider as Go To Market partners. Bill also is a key member in Asia Cloud Computing Association.
Prior to Cisco, Bill has been working in Alcatel Europe Research Center and Telstra Mobile. He also has been an active participant in various standard bodies.
Sophy Wu is a senior IT manager in charge of Cisco IT in Greater China. Her current job focuses on enabling regional business strategy with IT technology and digitization, improving IT client experience, and Cisco IT best practice sharing with customers, which showcases the value of Cisco IT’s technology innovation. Prior to this role, she worked in Cisco account team as system engineer. She has rich experience in IT management and collaboration, cloud, network design, implementation and operation for large enterprise.
Sophy Wu holds a computer science master degree from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. She has CCIE R&S, ITIL expert certification.
