Chuck Robbins, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Chuck Robbins is the Chairman and CEO of Cisco. He is on the Board of Directors for BlackRock; Chairman of the US-Japan Business Council; Member of the International Business Council for the World Economic Forum; on the Board of Directors for the Business Roundtable where he serves as Chairman of the Immigration Committee; a Board of Trustees member for the Ford Foundation; and member of the International Council for the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at Harvard University. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics with a computer science concentration from UNC.

Oliver Tuszik, Senior Vice President, Global Partner Organization

Oliver is responsible for 60,000+ global partners who represent the company's primary route to market. Previously, Oliver led Cisco’s sales in Germany where he was the Country Leader. He and his team achieved double-digit growth twice in five years, and earned the honor of Theater of the Year for the past two years. Prior to Cisco, Oliver was the CEO of Computacenter in Germany, one of Cisco’s largest partners. Oliver holds a MS degree in Electrical Engineering from the RWTH Aachen University in Germany.

Gerri Elliott, Executive Vice President and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer

Gerri is responsible for worldwide sales and marketing, field operations, and partnerships. An accomplished global leader, Gerri previously held executive positions at Microsoft, IBM and Juniper Networks. Gerri currently serves on the Board of Directors for Whirlpool and the advisory board for the Center for Executive Women Senior Leadership Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Gerri founded Broadrooms.com dedicated to helping women find positions on corporate boards. She holds a bachelor's degree in political science from New York University.

Maria Martinez, Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Experience Officer

Maria oversees Cisco's $12.5B Services and Customer Success organizations that are responsible for helping customers transform their businesses through Cisco's broad portfolio of software, subscription and services offerings.  Under her leadership, Martinez is also helping to drive Cisco's overall sales and go-to-market transformation to deliver greater business outcomes for customers as they transform their businesses. Martinez brings more than 35 years of leadership experience from a variety of technology sectors including software, services, networking technology and hardware to Cisco.

David Goeckeler, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Networking and Security Business

David is responsibility for more than $32 billion of the company’s global technology franchise. David is known as a transformational leader with proven business expertise and deep technical knowledge. His team defines and builds technology to deliver Cisco’s vision, an intent-based platform that redefines networking from the ground up to enable customers to automate their infrastructure and secure their digital business.

Amy Chang, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Collaboration

Amy serves on the board of directors for Procter & Gamble, and previously served on the boards of Cisco, Splunk and Informatica which encompass over a half trillion dollars in total market cap. Post-acquisition of her startup Accompany, she now leads Cisco's multi-billion dollar Collaboration business and its award-winning Webex portfolio including Meetings, Teams, Devices, Calling, and Contact Center. Previously, Amy was at Google, where she led Google Analytics, growing it to serve over 86% of the entire web. She holds both a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford.

Vicki Batka, Vice President, APJC Partner Organization

Vicki Batka leads Cisco’s Partner Organization in Asia Pacific, Japan and Greater China (APJC), a role where she is responsible for developing and enabling the growth strategy of Cisco’s partner ecosystem, to deliver value to customers. She leads a team which collaborates with close to 20,000 partners in APJC to drive simplicity, ensure alignment and create value exchange for our customers, while working with the Global Partner Organization to successfully scale global channel models across the region.

David Meads, Vice President, EMEAR Partner Organization

David Meads is the Vice President of EMEAR Partner Organization. He is responsible for developing strategic initiatives and program innovations for managing and supporting partners who represent the company's primary route to market. Meads possesses deep knowledge of Cisco’s operations, its business strategy and future opportunities. He also focuses on increasing the adoption of Cisco’s latest innovative solutions and platforms among value-added resellers, distributors, system integrators, independent software vendors and technology partners.

John Moses, Vice President, Americas Partner Organization

John Moses is Vice President of the Americas Partner Organization, the largest of Cisco’s three geographic regions. In his role, John is responsible for leading over 23,000 partners who represent the Americas primary route to market and account for over 90 percent of annual revenue. As a leader, John is committed to building empowered teams, developing the next generation of leaders and inspiring an inclusive and innovative work force.

Molly Fletcher

Molly Fletcher is a trailblazer - a rare talent of business wisdom, relationship brilliance and unwavering optimism. In her talks, she shares techniques she used to thrive in her former career as a top sports agent.  As a successful entrepreneur, speaker and author, she gives people the tools to connect, inspire and lead fearlessly. Molly has been featured in Fast Company, Forbes and Sports Illustrated. She is the author of four business books including her latest, Fearless At Work.

Molly will speak as part of the Business Leadership Sessions on Tuesday, November 5.

Mitch Joel

Mitch Joel is a charismatic and engaging storyteller who takes audiences on an exciting ride that helps them understand how to manage disruption and leverage new technologies to outpace the competition. He is the founder of Six Pixels Group, an advisory, investing, and content producing company focused on commerce and innovation. He is the former president of Mirum, a digital marketing agency operating in 25 countries. Mitch is also a columnist for The Harvard Business Review and INC Magazine.
