Chuck Robbins is the Chief Executive Officer of Cisco and a member of its Board of Directors. He assumed the role on July 26, 2015.
As CEO, Chuck is focused on helping companies, cities and countries around the world as they look to Cisco to connect everything and everyone by building highly secure, software-defined, automated, and intelligent infrastructure platforms that drive business value.
Chuck has more than 20 years of leadership experience. Over his 19 years at Cisco, he has served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations for Cisco, where he led the Worldwide Sales and Partner Organizations, and helped drive and execute many of the company’s investment areas and strategy shifts; Senior Vice President of The Americas, Cisco’s largest geographic region; Senior Vice President of U.S. Enterprise, Commercial and Canada; Senior Vice President of U.S. Commercial Sales; and Segment Vice President, U.S. and Canada channel organization, where he was instrumental in helping build the industry’s most powerful partner program.
Prior to joining Cisco, Chuck held management positions at Bay Networks and Ascend Communications.
Chuck serves as the Chairman of the US-Japan Business Council, Chair of the IT Governors Steering Committee, and as a Member of the International Business Council for the World Economic Forum. He is also a member of The Business Roundtable. He serves on the Board of Directors for BlackRock and the MS Society of Northern California, as well as the Advisory Board for the President of Georgia Tech.
Chuck holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics with a computer science concentration from the University of North Carolina.
Dave Justice is Senior Vice President, Global Security & Enterprise Networking Sales. He leads a global team dedicated to helping customers solve complex business issues with Cisco security and enterprise networking solutions. Justice is responsible for all aspects of sales, including operations, growth initiatives, acquisitions and aligning with services and partners. With 17+ years of leadership experience at Cisco, Justice has deep expertise in building strategic customer and partner relationships. His passion for technology, building new business models and empowering teams make him a strong leader for the growth of these foundational businesses at Cisco. Justice has a degree in political science from the University of Washington with a specialization in communications.
Rola Dagher joined Cisco in June 2017 as President of Cisco Canada, an organization that consistently ranks among Cisco’s top country revenue producers globally and which acts as a proving ground for some of the company’s most advanced and innovative technologies. Dagher oversees all facets of Cisco Canada’s business including sales operations, engineering, services, finance, and marketing.
Dagher joined Cisco from Dell EMC where she held a variety of leadership roles in sales, channels, and IT. Most recently, she served as Vice President and General Manager of the Canadian Infrastructure Solutions Group for Dell EMC and was responsible for leading their server, storage, networking, solutions, and systems engineering businesses, delivering innovative and disruptive technology solutions.
With over 25-years of technology experience in the server, storage, and networking markets, Dagher is a seasoned professional and a highly-respected sales leader. Her successful career can be attributed to the energy and passion she has for people, combined with a contagious “can do” attitude. She believes in only being as strong as your weakest link and considers this the foundation of her management style; one that is inclusive of building teams that are customer-centric, strategic, highly-motivated, and empowered. Her people-first mindset and determination to continuously develop has enabled her teams to drive growth, establish impactful partnerships, and achieve aggressive targets year over year. It's all about the customer as she strives to provide unique solutions which are impactful, innovative, and disruptive.
Jonathan Rosenberg is responsible for the architecture and overall technology direction of Cisco's collaboration portfolio, and is focused on evolving Cisco’s technology to address the market transitions in cloud and mobile. He has directed the architecture and vision for Cisco's Collaboration Cloud, its hybrid Fusion architecture, and the Spark application that runs on it. Rosenberg has dedicated his career to transforming the telecommunications industry. Prior to rejoining Cisco in 2013, he was Chief Technology Strategist at Skype, where he guided the company’s technology strategy. Before that, he was a Cisco Fellow, focused on IP collaboration. Rosenberg is a widely recognized technologist in the industry. He is most well-known for his primary authorship of the SIP protocol and many of his technologies—including SIP, STUN, TURN, ICE, and SIMPLE—are now the foundations of modern IP telecommunications. He is the fourth most impactful author of Internet standards of all time according to the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF). In 2002 he was named one of the most innovative young technologists in the world by Technology Review magazine. He also was named a "Top Supergeek" by CRN and won a Pulver Von Pioneer award for contributions to the VoIP industry. In 2015 he was presented with the Ohio University Strowger Award for transformational innovation in the telecommunications industry. Rosenberg holds a bachelor of science degree and a master of science degree in electrical engineering from MIT and a doctorate in electrical engineering from Columbia University.

Dave Zacks is a Distinguished System Engineer, and has been with Cisco for 18 years. As a DSE within the Enterprise Networks Access team, Dave works primarily on capabilities and solutions that are anywhere from 12 to 36+ months out, helping to define these projects and then assisting as they progress towards and through design, development, and solution introduction. Dave has a strong background in, and focus on, customer requirements, and integrating these into the products and solutions Cisco builds. Dave has a special interest in Flexible Hardware and Fabric architectures. Dave is a Cisco Live Distinguished Speaker (scoring in the top 10% of all speakers at Cisco Live, as rated by the customers attending). Having now achieved this honour twelve times, Dave is now also recognized as a member of the Cisco Live Hall of Fame Elite - a status achieved by less than ten people worldwide.
Lila Rousseaux is a Technical Solutions Architect in Enterprise Networks based in Toronto, Canada. She joined Cisco Argentina in 1999 and moved to Canada in 2002. In her roles within Cisco, Lila has had the opportunity to work with a variety of customers: Service Providers, Enterprise, Partners and Commercial; specializing in core routing, switching and SDN technologies. Lila is an advisor for Cisco routing and switching business units providing input in the strategy around Cisco core products. She got her CCIE certification in 2001 (#6899) and diligently re-certifies every two years! In addition, Lila holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Buenos Aires.
Dr. Matthias Falkner is a distinguished TME in Cisco's Enterprise Infrastructure & Solutions Group (EISG). He currently focuses on Enterprise and SP network architectures, Matthias works on the evolution of Cisco's midrange router portfolio, specialising on NfV with the CSR 1000v, the ASR 1000 and IOS XE.Prior to his role in EISG, Matthias held several positions in product management, and served as a Product Line manager for the Cisco 10000 Series Routers. From 2000 - 2005 Matthias was a Consulting Systems Engineer in the Deutsche Telekom Account Team with Cisco Germany, where he focused on the introduction of networking technologies such as L3VPN, L2VPNs, Traffic engineering, IP Multicast or IPv6.Matthias hold a PhD in Systems and Computer engineering from Carleton University, Canada, and an MSc in Operations Research & Information Systems from the London School of Economics and Political Science, UK. His technology interests are in the area of Virtualisation and Traffic modelling.
Tim Szigeti, CCIE#9794, is a Principal Engineer on the DNA Assurance team where he serves to define and develop application experience solutions and technologies within Cisco’s Digital Network Architecture (DNA). In this role, he collaborates with customers, the field, engineering, Cisco IT and third-party technology partners. Tim has authored 4 generations of Cisco QoS Design Guides, 3 Cisco Press books and an IETF proposed-standard. Additionally, Tim has been inducted into Cisco’s Distinguished Speaker Hall of Fame Elite (representing the Top-10 Cisco speakers of all time). Outside of Cisco, his passion is on-track sports/performance driving; however, you may at times find him taking corners at high speeds on the spectacular Sea-to-Sky highway between his hometown of Vancouver and Whistler, British Columbia.
Chris Parker-James is a seasoned veteran in the DNS space with a history of implementing, designing, and supporting enterprise DNS deployments in excess of 100+ million end users. He has extensive product management experience, and was instrumental in implementing both DNSSEC and secure updates in several Enterprise DNS products. He has recently joined the Cisco Cloud Security team supporting the Umbrella and Cloudlock products - helping customers conduct their business in the cloud securely and with confidence.
Sean Mason is the Director of Incident Response for Cisco’s Security Advisory Services. After serving his commitment to the US Air Force, Sean spent his career with Fortune 500 companies (Cisco, GE, Monsanto & Harris). Sean served as the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) representative for Harris from 2009-2011, helping to design and implement their SOC and IRT; also notable is that Sean was the Director of Incident Response for GE for a number of years, which included designing and leading the build outs of their SOC and Cyber Crime IR Teams. Sean also holds a number of industry certifications and dedicates time to ISC2, helping to design and develop certifications and exams such as the CISSP.
Rob Barton, CCIE #6660 (R&S and Security), CCDE 2013::6 is a Principal Systems Engineer based in Canada. Rob is a registered Professional Engineer (P. Eng) and has worked in the IT industry for over 20 years, the last 17 of which have been at Cisco. Rob Graduated from the University of British Columbia with a degree in Engineering Physics where he specialized in computer and wireless communications. Rob holds several patents in diverse technology areas and is the author of four books published by Cisco Press. Rob is a regular presenter at the global Cisco Live events and is a multi-year Distinguished Speaker award winner. Rob's current areas of work include wireless communications (802.11, LPWA, 5G), IoT, and Machine Learning
Ovais Iqbal is a Sales Systems Engineer / Technical Trainer with 19 years of IT Industry experience, primarily worked in Sales, Professional Services, and Managed Services environments. Extensive experience in selling, designing and implementing Cisco Collaboration Solution. (CCIE Voice and Collaboration #21482)
Robert Bouchard is a bilingual Technical Solutions Architect (TSA) on Cisco’s Canadian Collaboration Architectures team, specializing in the design of end-to-end pervasive Cloud (Spark), Video, and Conferencing solutions. With over 15 years of industry experience, in which the last 7 have been focused on Collaboration at Cisco, Robert’s technical background includes extensive experience with Security, Data Center, and Enterprise Networking technologies, as well as Microsoft Infrastructure and Collaboration technologies.
Joshua Kaya is a 17 year veteran at Cisco specializing primarily in Data Centre technology. For the last 9 years Joshua has been a Technology Solution Architect in the greater Toronto area working with both IT and business organizations to understand customer business drivers mapping networking, compute, storage, virtualization and cloud systems into technology solutions. He has been a member and participant to numerous internal advisory teams and studied Computer Science at University of Waterloo.
In his role as an Security Engineer, Jean-Paul Kerouanton provides customers and partners with support and information. He helps them also in the architecture definition and products to install. He participates in the implementation of products evaluation and tests.
Mr. Kerouanton has 15 years of technical experience in the operations and architecture of security, network and systems. He is a subject matter expert in security architecture with a broad background which spans multiple technical disciplines including firewalls and IDS/IPS. Prior to joining Sourcefire in 2008 and Cisco Systems through the acquisition in 2014, Mr. Kerouanton held positions in different companies in Firewall and Content filtering. He also held a position as a Security consultant. All these positions were in France : he joined Cisco System Canada in June 2015.
Sean Earhard heads Cisco’s Advanced Threat Solutions team for Canada, working with organizations to design and build strategies to secure their networks and users from today’s most Advanced Threats. During his eleven years in cybersecurity he has been a speaker at many industry events including Canada’s SecTor, CIFI, ISC2, and the FBI’s InfraGard.
R. Wayne Ogozaly is a Technical Lead Engineer in Cisco's Systems Development Unit. As one of Cisco’s leading Cloud Architects, Wayne has played a major role in designing cloud data centers for Enterprises and Service Providers across the globe. He is a 22 years veteran of Cisco Systems who has held increasing engineering roles spanning high end router development to designing network architectures for the Media and Entertainment space. His areas of expertise include Cloud Data Center designs, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery services, Service Provider Transport, Advanced Media Data Centers, and Cloud Infrastructure designs. He has published several papers on advanced networking technologies at national trade shows and is one of Cisco’s technology bloggers. Wayne has received multiple patents for the "Control Plane Protection" security feature which is the premiere method to protect Cisco routers from Denial of Service attacks. Prior to his work at Cisco Systems, Wayne was a Lead Development Engineer for Raytheon Company. In his role as a "rocket scientist", Wayne led the development of real-time embedded processors for radar, optical, navigation, and guidance systems. He also led the software development of commercial products including a collision avoidance system for automobiles; and a Brazilian Tropical Rain Forest monitoring system. Wayne holds Bachelors of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from Binghamton University. He is on the Board of Directors multiple Non-profit organizations, operating as a trusted technology advisor and Chairman of the Board.
Ryan LaTorre (CCIE #7507) has been a Systems Engineer with Cisco Canada for over 10 years aligned with customers in education, government, financial services and commercial sectors. Now part of the Cisco Meraki group, Ryan works with customers to bring simplicity to complex systems. Prior to joining Cisco, Ryan designed and built solutions encompassing networks, collaboration, data centre, and security for customers while working as a network engineer at a top Canadian integrator.
Jeremy Laurenson is a Distinguished Systems Engineer in Cisco Global Collaboration Sales organization. He is responsible for Competitive, Partnership and Strategy Research, Development and Delivery. He works with both customers and the development organization to ensure Cisco’s UC portfolio is both Customer Relevant and forward looking. Jeremy has been directly involved in the incubation of several of Cisco’s key technology partnerships with companies such as Google, Apple and IBM.
He has his CCIE #8849 in Routing and Switching and has over 15 years of experience within Cisco spanning Route/Switching, Security, Collaboration and Software. He has had direct contributions to products including Cisco Unified Communications Manager as well as Cisco’s Social software products.
Jeremy was directly involved in Cisco leading the industry disruption when Business Communications moved to IP, and is again involved with strategy and direction as Cisco embraces Cloud technologies in disrupting the industry once again. As a pioneer in mobile software, Jeremy developed of one of the very first applications to run on the PalmPilot in 1996 which became commercially available as Pocket Quicken. He still maintains over 100,000 app store downloads with various Apps on the iOS App Store.
Prior to Cisco, he was responsible for design, implementation and operations of the infrastructure to support several startups, and designed, implemented and managed Networks, Telecommunications, Server and Desktops for Creative Computers. As a result of running these systems for technology reseller with large contact center and distribution facilities, Jeremy has a deep knowledge of technology across various aspects of customers’ business.
Jacob has spent many years in the server virtualization and management spaces. His expertise includes server management, server virtualization, scale-up mission-critical servers, and infrastructure-as-a-service areas. Jacob covered these technologies in various product management, business development/evangelist, and strategic planning roles. In these roles, he was a regularly requested subject matter expert for customer briefings and presentations, sales force training, online and in person panel discussions, and much more. Since joining Cisco in March 2013, Jacob has been a product manager for UCS Central and UCS Manager. He has been driven the product planning for a number of shipping and future releases. He has delivered hundreds of customer briefings and presentations including at Cisco Live, sales force training, and has blogged about UCS management.
Sean Comrie- is a Technical Solutions Architect for Cisco Canada working out of the greater Toronto area. Sean has been focused on assisting customers with building better, faster, more efficient Data Center capabilities leveraging Cisco solutions and architectures. Sean has helped customers in a broad range of industries including retail, manufacturing, legal and financial services. More recently his focus has been on assisting Financial Services customers with building out their data analytics and web scale application hosting and Linux container services.
Jason Maynard has been architecting, designing, and deploying security technologies that secure the most complex computing environments for almost 2 decades. His understanding of technologies, people, and process enable him to deliver effective, comprehensive security solutions that align to an organizations security goals and strategic imperatives. Jason is adept at addressing a range of risk profiles across industry verticals; skills he has cultivated as an end-user security practitioner, partner/integrator, and now manufacturer as Consulting Systems Engineer, Cybersecurity for Cisco Systems. Jason has developed common and best practice guides for Firepower and has delivered training sessions globally focusing on NGFW. Jason also holds over 70+ designations across a variety of products and technologies including the CCIE designation.
Thierry Couture is a 30+ year industry veteran, currently working as a Customer Solutions Architect at Cisco specializing in large-scale Service Provider networks. His specific interests include SP Transformation, leveraging SDN/NFV concepts like Disaggregation, Control and Data Plane Separation, SD WAN's, and CO's Re-engineered as Datacenters. His software development background has also provided him a wealth of experience across many related subjects like automation, orchestration, analytics, and DevOps. He is an accomplished speaker at Cisco and Industry forums, and an active participant in standard bodies like the IETF, and OpenSource projects like OpenConfig. As an early advocate of Tag Switching, which later became MPLS, he is now helping Cisco customers transition their networks to Segment Routing and IPv6 - getting those networks ready for VR, 5G, video, and everything this crazy industry will certainly throw at us in the coming years...
Steven Wood is Principal Engineer and SD-WAN Solution Architect in Cisco's Enterprise Network Group. A 20-year veteran of Cisco, his expertise spans custom ASIC and Systems Design ASR1000, 3G/4G and Wifi Mobility as well as Enterprise Networking Architecture. He is active in helping the largest Fortune 500 companies worldwide deploy Cisco products and solutions to solve business problems, through deep knowledge of platform technology and network design. He is currently the Solution Architect for Cisco Enterprise IWAN solution. He is a co-chair of the ONUG Open SD-WAN Exchange working group. He was previously architect of Cisco's Intelligent WiFi Access Gateway and has worked on mobile network architecture and service delivery for both RAN and Mobile Core networks. Steven was also Vice Chair and Technical Editor of the IEEE 802.17 Resilient Packet Ring working group. He holds an MASc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario, Canada.
Joseph Bassaly is a Solution Architect in Cisco’s Unified Communications Practice. Joseph is responsible for providing architectural guidance to Cisco customers and partners as well as demonstrating the value proposition of the Unified Communications Architecture as a strategic business enabler. Joseph has spent the last 17 years in unified communications consultancy and architecture, providing many solutions for service providers, enterprises, commercial and federal customers.
Ronnie Scott has 30 years of broad IT experience, including senior consultative roles for Financial Services, Internet Service Providers, ILEC Carrier Networks, and large enterprise customers across New Zealand, Australia and Canada. Ronnie is currently a Cloud & DC Architect for Cisco Canada. He is focused on assisting Canadian enterprises in building modern IT infrastructure, while also working with customers to identify and consume Cloud solutions in a secure, sustainable and supportable way. Ronnie leverages his years of Programming, Network Engineering, Security and Data Center architecture, to bring a clear understanding of how current industry trends and Cisco’s technologies can be used to meet customer’s IT demands.
Mike Perron is a 19 year veteran at Cisco, holding various systems engineering roles while specializing in Data Centre technology. For the last 7 years, Mike has been a Consulting Systems Engineer in the greater Toronto area working with both IT and business organizations to provide solutions for networking, compute, storage, virtualization and cloud systems needs in the Data Centre. Previous to Cisco, Mike worked for the Ontario Government, as well as Shaw Cable.
Robert Lloyd is an Enterprise Networking Technical Solutions Architect specializing in Mobility / RF Solutions. Robert started his wireless career as lead for a Systems Integrator before moving to Wireless Network start-up Chantry as Senior SE. He moved into the role of Technical Marketing Engineer post-Siemens acquisition and rebrand of Chantry/Hi-Path supporting the global efforts . In 2006 Robert became the first National Wireless CSE for Cisco Canada. Rob is located in Toronto, Canada and focuses on cross-team / vertical solutions with Mobility focus.
Viktor Osipchuk is a Technical Marketing Engineer at SPNSA (Service Provider Networking and Software Automation) Group and currently focused on automation, telemetry, data models and APIs for large scale Web and Service Provider deployments. He joined Cisco Russia in 2011 and worked there with the biggest national Tier-1 SP customers on different projects, including development of backbone designs. After moving to Cisco HQ in San Jose, Viktor had an opportunity to work directly with one of the biggest and most interesting Web Customers in the world. Before joining Cisco, he worked for a couple of different networking vendors, holding in total around 14 years of diverse networking experience. Viktor has an MS in Telecommunications and holds double CCIE (SP/RS) as well as other certifications.
