Cisco 5G Redefining Your Network

Cisco’s 5G strategy takes a Cloud-to-Client approach, unifying multivendor solutions into a single, standards-based architecture. Because we do service enablement, the services themselves, the 5G core, the IP core, the cloud, etc. – we can truly optimize across the entire service layer.

Within Multi-cloud, we have invested in products such as Cloud Center, NFVi, OpenStack development, and are co-creating with Google, to optimize where and why your workloads economically sit.

For IP Core, we are we’re unifying IOS XR as a single domain - from the data center to the cell tower with our NCS-500 Access Routers, e xpanding programmability and capability to feed real time telemetry for automation, and simplifying mass scale networking to optimize cost per bit, with no regrettable spend.

Our cloud-native next generation mobile packet core – Cisco Ultra Services Platform - provides a unified platform for service enablement leveraging a distributed architecture that can extend functions and services as needed, where needed – all the way to the network edge.

For Access we have a comprehensive cross-access mobile backhaul that unifies cable, fiber, Wi-Fi, across radio options – including virtualized RAN architectures including Open RAN.

Client Services is a huge area because it’s where Cloud meets the Customer. Today we’re demonstrating Managed Spark for Collaboration over mobile. Virtual Managed Services for Cloud-based SD-WAN business services, and our Jasper platform for IOT

Cutting across this entire map is security from the Cloud to the Client - with tools like our orchestrated Cisco Security Suite.

And lastly we make it easy to deploy with custom fit solutions that incorporate componentized hardware, software, and automation, along with the experienced personnel to fill your gaps.
