Amy Roberge
Technical Marketing Manager

As a Technical Marketing Manager, Amy is responsible for leading a team of Technical Marketing Engineers with a focus on technical field enablement, product management support, as well as demonstration strategy and creation for both Customer Care and Collaboration APIs. She has been with Cisco for over 8 years, and is located in the Boxborough, Massachusetts office.

Prior to her role in the Technical Marketing Group, Amy joined Cisco as a Software Engineer in the Security Business Unit. Amy graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.

Chris Botting
General Manager
Customer Care Technology Group

Christopher G. Botting is the General Manager of Cisco's Customer Care Technology Group, where he is responsible for Cisco's customer care and messaging business. During his tenure, Cisco's customer care business has undergone dramatic growth to achieve a leading market position. Previously, Mr. Botting held several executive Product Management and Business Development roles in Cisco.

Prior to joining Cisco, Mr. Botting was most recently the Vice President of Marketing and co-founder of PakNetX Corporation. Previously, Mr. Botting was the Marketing Manager of Multimedia Call Centers for MultiLink, Inc.; National Marketing Director for L.M. Ericsson; and a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Northern Telecom. Mr. Botting started his career at Motorola.

Mr. Botting holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Grove City College, a M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University, and a MBA from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University.

Clif Perry
Collaboration Offers and Pricing Strategy

Clif Perry is a 16-year Cisco veteran having spent time in multiple roles in Sales, Product Management and Business Development. Clif is currently the Director for Collaboration Offers and Pricing Strategy. In this role, Clif is responsible for the overall offer development and pricing strategy for the Collaboration portfolio.

Additionally, Clif is responsible for Enterprise Agreements (EA), Software Support Service (SWSS) and promotions including our current global promotional offer, Collaborate Now.

Dan Plunkett
Global Sales Manager
Cloud Acceleration Team

Dan Plunkett oversees the sales execution and strategy for Cisco's worldwide sales acceleration team. He focuses on strategy, leadership, business partners and customers. Says Plunkett, "It is our team's job to ensure Cisco customers realize operational efficiency and innovate through our Cloud Collaboration Portfolio."

Before joining Cisco, Dan served as District Sales Manager at Verizon Call Center Services. Prior to that, he was employed at Fujitsu Business Communications Systems, Evolve Software and Norstan Communications where he held a variety of management, sales, and channel roles.

Since joining Cisco in 2003, Dan has worked to share Cisco's Cloud Collaboration strategy and vision with customers, partners and internal stakeholders. Darryl McKinnon leads the Collaboration business for Cisco covering Asia Pacific and Japan. Cisco's Collaboration experience includes Messaging, Meeting, Calling, Video, Hybrid & Cloud offerings for all size of businesses. He is actively engaged with Cisco's channel partners and is the primary interface with the Collaboration Technology Group in the company's global headquarters in San Jose.

In his role, Darryl works with customers and partners to help them benefit from Collaboration solutions that help organizations address key business goals in customer satisfaction, productivity, cost control, employee engagement, innovation and growth.

Through his career, Darryl has been successful in implementing new technologies, managing core lines of business, launching key channel partner strategy initiatives, as well as the turnaround and high growth in the businesses & partnerships he has been involved with or under his leadership.

Darryl has over 25 years' experience in IT consulting, software and solutions working at LBMS, Sybase, EMC, Brocade, Hitachi Data Systems and COPAN Systems. Darryl joined Cisco in 2008 in the high growth Data Center Sales business which he led for 3 years prior to the Collaboration business.

Gary Wolfson

Gary Wolfson is a dynamic results-driven leader responsible for the development and execution of Cisco's global partner go-to-market strategies for Collaboration.

Gary has over 20 years of global sales, marketing and channel management experience in the networking and telecom industries. During his 10 years with Cisco, Gary has led numerous strategic partner initiatives globally focused on partner and business development for Collaboration, Managed Services and Software for Enterprise and Small/Medium Business.

Gary holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Florida International University. He currently resides in Nashville Tennessee with his wife and two children.

Jeff Wang
System Engineering Manager
Collaboration, Australia and New Zealand

Jeff Wang is Cisco's Collaboration System Engineering Manager for Australia and New Zealand. He is responsible for leading the system engineering engagements with major customers and partners in the region. The team that Jeff leads has deep subject matter expertise in cloud, conferencing, unified communications and contact centre.

Prior to Jeff's 8 years at Cisco, he was in the Cisco UC practice at NEC Australia, where he led UC engagements in the healthcare vertical. Prior to NEC, Jeff was in charge of the core network engineering for NTT Australia, where he focused on designing the core international network that carried business critical data for many multinational corporations.

Jeff has a Masters in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Melbourne, together with his double degree in Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Engineering, again from the University of Melbourne. He enjoys cycling as well as running in his spare time, and spending time on road trips exploring the vast Australian outback with his wife and 2 children.

Jens Meggers, PhD

Dr. Jens Meggers is Cisco's Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Cloud Collaboration Technology Group (CCTG) at Cisco. He is responsible for managing Cisco's cloud-focused portfolio of voice, video, and web conferencing. The organization delivers a robust and scalable infrastructure to millions of customers.

Before joining Cisco, Dr. Meggers was Senior Vice President at Symantec Corporation. There he was in charge of the Endpoint Protection and Productivity business unit which included all endpoint protection products, personal cloud, systems management and secure cloud collaboration solutions. Under his leadership, Symantec's protection products reached record level net promoter scores and garnered many prestigious industry and customer awards. Prior to Symantec, Dr. Meggers was in charge of engineering at a Silicon Valley startup that focused on mobile photo management and sharing.

Dr. Meggers has a Master and Ph.D. of Computer Science, from RWTH Aachen, Germany and also holds several patents in the area of data communications and security. He enjoys spending time with his wife and 5 children, camping, watching movies and enjoying various outdoor activities.

Nayan Vaghela

Nayan Vaghela is Director of Product Management with Cisco's Customer Care Technology Group; responsible for mid-market customer care solutions. In his current role, he is responsible for overall solution roadmap, life cycle and marketing strategies for Cisco Unified Contact Center Express, Cisco Unified Intelligence Center and SocialMiner.

Nayan has more than 24 years of experience in enterprise communication industry with more than 15 years of experience in customer care field and has been working with Cisco since 2008.

Parag Patankar

India Site Lead, Cloud Collaboration Technology Group

Parag Patankar is Director, Product Management and the India site lead for Cloud Collaboration Technology Group. In his Product Management role, Parag is responsible for driving the product management function for CCTG products, and also facilitating a tighter alignment with Cisco sales teams and customers/partners in the APJC/MEAR markets for the wider CTG Product portfolio. As the India Site lead, which is a key engineering site for CCTG, he is responsible for driving synergies across Cisco teams and partner engineering teams.

Parag joined Cisco in June 2015, after 12 years at Oracle, where he created the Value Selling platform that annually impacted $400M in revenue, and had earlier managed contact center and mobile applications products. Prior to that, he managed a contact center product and Telecom VAS platform at PARSEC technologies for 4 years. His business experience spans value-based product positioning, product management, and new product development. Parag is an electronics and telecommunications engineer, and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad.

Parag is passionate about giving back through education for underprivileged youth. He's helped set up a school in rural India and led the business and technology strategy for a cross-continent effort sponsored by the Gates Foundation to provide better education to kids in Indian slums and inner city U.S. schools. He is an avid cyclist, braving the Bangalore traffic to commute to work, and organizes and participates in Brevet rides on weekends. He lives in Bangalore with his wife and son.

Peter Farnsworth
APAC Regional Director

Peter has been in the Contact Centre WFO industry for over 12 years. 8 of those years, Peter was based in London focusing on Financial Services within Europe but has spent the past 4 years in Singapore focusing on APAC across multiple verticals both private and public.

Peter is the APAC Regional Director for Calabrio, who has been named a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Customer Engagement Center WFO.

Peter Hughes

Peter Hughes is responsible for definition and execution of new Routes to market for Cisco's Next Generation Cloud Collaboration business (Spark Service) interfacing closely with the Cisco Cloud Technology Group, and Global Sales segments particularly but not exclusively Global Service Providers as the primary route to market.

Peter joined Cisco in 2000 as the world's 1st ever Technology Sales Specialist and was instrumental in defining the strategy that enabled Australia to become the 1st country in the world to number one in enterprise telephony in 2004. The ANZ Business under Peter saw 12 years of 22% CAGR to +$200M, and consistently number 3 in the world for Collaboration bookings. More recently Peter led the key transition to Hosted Collaboration (HCS) and Enterprise Licensing Agreements (ELA's) with a world leading 22% of the Global HCS and 77% of the APJ revenues coming out of ANZ in 2014.

Peter's key responsibility currently is the Cisco Spark Service next generation architecture and Applications. He is a key evangelist of the Cisco Cloud strategy of innovative and disruptive SaaS products.

Peter Milligan is a Senior Manager for Customer Care Solutions Marketing for Cisco. Peter joined Cisco in 2000 from PictureTel Corporation. With PictureTel he managed marketing activities including public relations, direct marketing, and product marketing for the company's wide range of videoconferencing systems. He has more than 25 years of product marketing and marketing experience in a variety of high tech categories including PCs, software applications, videoconferencing, and most recently unified communications and contact center solutions.

Ravikumar Babji

Mr. Babji is Sr. Solutions Executive – Collaboration Architecture Services for Asia Pacific, Japan and ANZ. He is responsible for managing Cisco's Advance Services portfolio for Voice, Video, Web Conferencing and Contact Centre technologies both on-premises and cloud services. Cisco's Advance Services, complements partner capabilities and delivers comprehensive Plan, Design, Implement, Operate and Optimise services to millions of customers worldwide.

Mr Babji has over 10 years of Cisco experience working in System Engineering, Product Specialist and Services Sales roles. Before joining Cisco, he was in charge of running the Cisco business within HP Middle East. He started his career with Digital and Compaq as deployment engineer, and became the Practice lead for Infrastructure Services, which included Voice and Contact Centre as key technologies. During his career with HP, he managed to deliver a number of large Cisco IPT and Contact Centre projects for Telecom, FSI and public sector customers with his team.

Mr. Babji has a Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) from University of Technology Sydney, an Engineering degree in Computer Science from Bangalore, and also holds a number of professional certifications.

He lives in Sydney, enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children, travelling, photography, and movies. While he is an Australian citizen by passport, he is of Indian origin. Like many Indians, he religiously follows cricket and loves music and plays guitar and mandolin.

He supports the design and architecture of Cloud and Hosted Cloud Collaboration Solutions for Service Providers as well as large Enterprise Customers.

Before joining Cisco, Ruediger was the deputy head of the European Advanced Networking Test Center (EANTC) at the Technical University (TU) Berlin. Until now he has more than 20 years of experience in broadband multi service networks and communication.

Tod was part of the original product management team that introduced the industry's first IP Contact Center solution in 2001 and over his 15 year career at Cisco he has grown the business to a market leading position with over 25,000 customers. Tod also holds several patents for contact center technology.

Tod currently leads the Cisco contact center product management team with global responsibility for the Cisco contact center product line.

Prior accountabilities include roles in Avaya's Global Sales Channel, where he was a Global Account Manager in the Financial Services and Banking Industry and Integrated Solutions Organizations, Contact Center portfolio General Manager, and a founding member of Avaya's Global Strategic Solutions team.
