From consulting, to implementing, to designing, and selling solutions. His strength lies in his ability to bridge the gap between the technical and business level conversations. Whether it's meeting with a CIO or whiteboarding with an IT Manager, Andrew is skilled at developing technical solutions that solve business problems. He has a deep understating of the Collaboration market and is considered an industry expert.

His responsibility, as WW Collaboration Cloud Sales lead, is to accelerate the existing 1.5B Cloud business consisting of WebEx, HCS, and Spark, while preparing Cisco and our partners for the future multi-billion dollar Cloud Collaboration opportunity.

Cam Harris leads Commercial and Centre of Experience Business within Collaboration for Cisco covering Asia Pacific and Japan. Cisco's Collaboration Experience includes Messaging, Meeting, Workspace and Customer Engagement enabled by Calling, Video, Contact Centre, Cloud and Hybrid offerings.

In his role, Cam leads a team of that works with partners and customers to help them address key business goals in customer satisfaction, productivity, cost control, employee engagement, innovation and growth, enabled by the capabilities of Conferencing, Messaging, Video, Voice and Contact Centre solutions.

Through his career spanning 25 years, Cam has held a variety of roles spanning Sales, Marketing, Senior Management and Consulting in the Telecommunications, Networking, Collaboration & Contact Centre industries. Companies he has worked for include NEC, Ericsson, TSA, IPFX, Xerox BC, Universal Consulting.

Cam joined Cisco Collaboration business in 2007 in Australia & New Zealand, assuming responsibilities in Asia Pacific and Japan in 2013.

A regular speaker at industry events, Cisco events, partner and customer briefings, Cam continues to focus on market transitions, customer engagement evolution and business transformation.

Chris is the Head of Collaboration Marketing for Cisco APJ, working closely with partners, industry and ecosystem to take the powerful Cisco value proposition to market.

With 15 years global experience, largely in the UC&C space, Chris is passionate about leveraging the insights of digital & social marketing to support customers at each stage of their collaboration buying journey.

With Cisco since 2015, Chris is based out of Singapore APJ Headquarters.

Chris Moss
WW Collaboration Sales CTO

Chris Moss is Director, Worldwide Collaboration Field CTO at Cisco. In this role, he is responsible for refining, evolving and projecting Cisco's global collaboration technology strategy and vision. Through close partnership with Cisco's Collaboration business units, he ensures a cohesive and unified process for customer-field-business unit technology alignment and success.

Prior to joining Cisco, he was the Applications Leader for Avaya's Global Strategic Solutions Organization; a group that provided solution creation and consultative sales efforts for Avaya's top 120 global accounts. In addition, he drove customer and industry feedback into the Avaya Unified Communications and Contact Center portfolios.

Mr. Moss has over 20 years of experience in the CRM and Collaboration industries. He has held numerous Product Management and Technical Leadership positions at Avaya and Accenture where he led large scale and complex architecture implementations in the financial services vertical. Mr. Moss also holds intellectual property in the customer contact arena.

Mr. Moss resides in the Northwestern suburbs of Dallas with his wife Nicole and four children. He holds an Electrical Engineering Degree from the University of Louisiana.

Clif Perry
Collaboration Offers and Pricing Strategy

Clif Perry is a 16-year Cisco veteran having spent time in multiple roles in Sales, Product Management and Business Development. Clif is currently the Director for Collaboration Offers and Pricing Strategy. In this role, Clif is responsible for the overall offer development and pricing strategy for the Collaboration portfolio.

Additionally, Clif is responsible for Enterprise Agreements (EA), Software Support Service (SWSS) and promotions including our current global promotional offer, Collaborate Now.

Dan Plunkett
Global Sales Manager
Cloud Acceleration Team

Dan Plunkett oversees the sales execution and strategy for Cisco's worldwide sales acceleration team. He focuses on strategy, leadership, business partners and customers. Says Plunkett, "It is our team's job to ensure Cisco customers realize operational efficiency and innovate through our Cloud Collaboration Portfolio."

Before joining Cisco, Dan served as District Sales Manager at Verizon Call Center Services. Prior to that, he was employed at Fujitsu Business Communications Systems, Evolve Software and Norstan Communications where he held a variety of management, sales, and channel roles.

Since joining Cisco in 2003, Dan has worked to share Cisco's Cloud Collaboration strategy and vision with customers, partners and internal stakeholders. "Today is truly the most exciting time for opportunity and growth to make a real difference in the way our customers interact with each other and the world," he says, "Our Collaboration Portfolio transcends Unified Communications and delivers the promise of true collaboration regardless of the consumption model. Darryl McKinnon

Darryl McKinnon leads the Collaboration business for Cisco covering Asia Pacific and Japan. Cisco's Collaboration experience includes Messaging, Meeting, Calling, Video, Hybrid & Cloud offerings for all size of businesses. He is actively engaged with Cisco's channel partners and is the primary interface with the Collaboration Technology Group in the company's global headquarters in San Jose.

In his role, Darryl works with customers and partners to help them benefit from Collaboration solutions that help organizations address key business goals in customer satisfaction, productivity, cost control, employee engagement, innovation and growth.

Through his career, Darryl has been successful in implementing new technologies, managing core lines of business, launching key channel partner strategy initiatives, as well as the turnaround and high growth in the businesses & partnerships he has been involved with or under his leadership.

Darryl has over 25 years' experience in IT consulting, software and solutions working at LBMS, Sybase, EMC, Brocade, Hitachi Data Systems and COPAN Systems. Darryl joined Cisco in 2008 in the high growth Data Center Sales business which he led for 3 years prior to the Collaboration business.

Darryl is passionate that people working together can achieve extraordinary things.

Darryl has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Computer Science) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. He lives in Singapore with his wife and three kids.

Gary Wolfson

Gary Wolfson is a dynamic results-driven leader responsible for the development and execution of Cisco's global partner go-to-market strategies for Collaboration.

Gary has over 20 years of global sales, marketing and channel management experience in the networking and telecom industries. During his 10 years with Cisco, Gary has led numerous strategic partner initiatives globally focused on partner and business development for Collaboration, Managed Services and Software for Enterprise and Small/Medium Business.

Gary holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Florida International University. He currently resides in Nashville Tennessee with his wife and two children.

Jedd Williams

Jedd C. Williams has been with Cisco for eighteen years. During his tenure he has held several positions such as the Collaboration sales leader for the Americas. Starting in Cisco's FY16, he moved to a global leadership position as Managing Director of Worldwide Sales and Go-to-Market.

In his current role, Jedd leads Collaboration go-to-market globally focused on the Unified Communications, Video, and Contact Center portfolios. Responsibilities include incubation of new products and acquisitions, as well as developing the overall product strategy, sales strategy, and leadership of the extended sales teams.

Mr Williams has more than 20 years of experience working for large telecom and technology companies. Prior to joining Cisco Systems he was a manager within GTE's (now Verizon's) Communications Corporation division.

A native of Texas, Jedd now lives in Fort Worth with his wife and three children.

Jeff Wang
System Engineering Manager
Collaboration, Australia and New Zealand

Jeff Wang is Cisco's Collaboration System Engineering Manager for Australia and New Zealand. He is responsible for leading the system engineering engagements with major customers and partners in the region. The team that Jeff leads has deep subject matter expertise in cloud, conferencing, unified communications and contact centre.

Prior to Jeff's 8 years at Cisco, he was in the Cisco UC practice at NEC Australia, where he led UC engagements in the healthcare vertical. Prior to NEC, Jeff was in charge of the core network engineering for NTT Australia, where he focused on designing the core international network that carried business critical data for many multinational corporations.

Jeff has a Masters in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Melbourne, together with his double degree in Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Engineering, again from the University of Melbourne. He enjoys cycling as well as running in his spare time, and spending time on road trips exploring the vast Australian outback with his wife and 2 children.

Jens Meggers, PhD
Sr. Vice President and General Manager
Cloud Collaboration Technology Group

Dr. Jens Meggers is Cisco's Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Cloud Collaboration Technology Group (CCTG) at Cisco. He is responsible for managing Cisco's cloud-focused portfolio of voice, video, and web conferencing. The organization delivers a robust and scalable infrastructure to millions of customers.

Before joining Cisco, Dr. Meggers was Senior Vice President at Symantec Corporation. There he was in charge of the Endpoint Protection and Productivity business unit which included all endpoint protection products, personal cloud, systems management and secure cloud collaboration solutions. Under his leadership, Symantec's protection products reached record level net promoter scores and garnered many prestigious industry and customer awards. Prior to Symantec, Dr. Meggers was in charge of engineering at a Silicon Valley startup that focused on mobile photo management and sharing.

Dr. Meggers has a Master and Ph.D. of Computer Science, from RWTH Aachen, Germany and also holds several patents in the area of data communications and security. He enjoys spending time with his wife and 5 children, camping, watching movies and enjoying various outdoor activities.

Parag Patankar
Director, Product Management /
India Site Lead, Cloud Collaboration Technology Group

Parag Patankar is Director, Product Management and the India site lead for Cloud Collaboration Technology Group. In his Product Management role, Parag is responsible for driving the product management function for CCTG products, and also facilitating a tighter alignment with Cisco sales teams and customers/partners in the APJC/MEAR markets for the wider CTG Product portfolio. As the India Site lead, which is a key engineering site for CCTG, he is responsible for driving synergies across Cisco teams and partner engineering teams.

Parag joined Cisco in June 2015, after 12 years at Oracle, where he created the Value Selling platform that annually impacted $400M in revenue, and had earlier managed contact center and mobile applications products. Prior to that, he managed a contact center product and Telecom VAS platform at PARSEC technologies for 4 years. His business experience spans value-based product positioning, product management, and new product development. Parag is an electronics and telecommunications engineer, and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad.

Parag is passionate about giving back through education for underprivileged youth. He's helped set up a school in rural India and led the business and technology strategy for a cross-continent effort sponsored by the Gates Foundation to provide better education to kids in Indian slums and inner city U.S. schools. He is an avid cyclist, braving the Bangalore traffic to commute to work, and organizes and participates in Brevet rides on weekends. He lives in Bangalore with his wife and son.

Paul O'Dwyer
Technical Marketing Engineer

Paul is a technical marketing engineer supporting Cisco Collaboration API's and SDK's globally. He has been working on Cisco Collaboration for 8 years, with a particular focus on defining architecture, deployment of web technologies, as well as partner enablement. Most recently, Paul is focused on Tropo and Spark for Developers.

Paul is a distinguished speaker at Cisco Live, holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, and Masters in Management.

Paul Pettersson
Head of Collaboration Workspace Sales

Paul Pettersson leads the Collaboration Workspace Sales for Cisco in APJ (Asia Pacific and Japan).

In this role Paul is responsible for the sales and go-to-market strategy for Cisco's Collaboration Workplace strategy in APJ that includes on premise solutions as Unified Communication, Video Collaboration and mobile applications.

As a 15-year veteran of the Video Collaboration industry, Paul joined Cisco through the acquisition of TANDBERG in the year 2010 and successfully worked in various sales and business development positions cross Europe, The Middle East, Africa, and Russia. In February 2014, Paul moved to Singapore with his family.

By living and working in multiple countries away from Stockholm in his home country Sweden, Paul has extensive firsthand experience of leveraging the power of video and collaboration application in driving business outcome as well achieving the highly important balance between work and family life.

Away from work you will find Paul on his kayak paddling downwind somewhere out in the open sea or playing with his son in the park but never far from a video enabled device if a profitable business opportunity arise.

Peter Hughes
Cisco WW Director Cloud Collaboration

Peter Hughes is responsible for definition and execution of new Routes to market for Cisco's Next Generation Cloud Collaboration business (Spark Service) interfacing closely with the Cisco Cloud Technology Group, and Global Sales segments particularly but not exclusively Global Service Providers as the primary route to market.

Peter joined Cisco in 2000 as the world's 1st ever Technology Sales Specialist and was instrumental in defining the strategy that enabled Australia to become the 1st country in the world to number one in enterprise telephony in 2004. The ANZ Business under Peter saw 12 years of 22% CAGR to +$200M, and consistently number 3 in the world for Collaboration bookings. More recently Peter led the key transition to Hosted Collaboration (HCS) and Enterprise Licensing Agreements (ELA's) with a world leading 22% of the Global HCS and 77% of the APJ revenues coming out of ANZ in 2014.

Peter's key responsibility currently is the Cisco Spark Service next generation architecture and Applications. He is a key evangelist of the Cisco Cloud strategy of innovative and disruptive SaaS products.

He is focused on growing this annuity software as a service (SaaS) business for Cisco. He is highly passionate, results driven, and an experience leader who is playing a key role in this strategic and competitive market transition and opportunity for Cisco.

Peter has a wealth of experience working in the IT industry for over 25 Years. Prior to joining Cisco, Peter held various senior roles within Siemens Australia. Before moving to Australia in 1995 Peter held positions with British Telecom and GEC Plessey Telecommunications.

Ravikumar Babji

Mr. Babji is Sr. Solutions Executive – Collaboration Architecture Services for Asia Pacific, Japan and ANZ. He is responsible for managing Cisco's Advance Services portfolio for Voice, Video, Web Conferencing and Contact Centre technologies both on-premises and cloud services. Cisco's Advance Services, complements partner capabilities and delivers comprehensive Plan, Design, Implement, Operate and Optimise services to millions of customers worldwide.

Mr Babji has over 10 years of Cisco experience working in System Engineering, Product Specialist and Services Sales roles. Before joining Cisco, he was in charge of running the Cisco business within HP Middle East. He started his career with Digital and Compaq as deployment engineer, and became the Practice lead for Infrastructure Services, which included Voice and Contact Centre as key technologies. During his career with HP, he managed to deliver a number of large Cisco IPT and Contact Centre projects for Telecom, FSI and public sector customers with his team.

Mr. Babji has a Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) from University of Technology Sydney, an Engineering degree in Computer Science from Bangalore, and also holds a number of professional certifications.

He lives in Sydney, enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children, travelling, photography, and movies. While he is an Australian citizen by passport, he is of Indian origin. Like many Indians, he religiously follows cricket and loves music and plays guitar and mandolin.

Ruediger Hartmann

Ruediger Hartmann is the Technical Solutions Architect for Cisco's Cloud and Hosted Collaboration Solutions in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia (EMEAR). He supports the design and architecture of Cloud and Hosted Cloud Collaboration Solutions for Service Providers as well as large Enterprise Customers.

Before joining Cisco, Ruediger was the deputy head of the European Advanced Networking Test Center (EANTC) at the Technical University (TU) Berlin. Until now he has more than 20 years of experience in broadband multi service networks and communication.

Ruediger has a Master of Computer Science from the Technical University of Berlin, Germany.

Steve Vials

Steve has a long history in the Telecommunications industry spanning over 28 years, with the last 16 years spent working in the Asia Pacific Market.

During this time, Steve has held roles covering such diverse areas as Solutions Marketing, Product management, Sales, Strategy development and Alliance Management. He has launched some of the most exciting and innovative technology platforms in the Collaboration and Contact Centre industry and worked closely with many large organisations across Asia Pacific to bring effective change to their business.

In his current role as Head of Market development for Cisco Collaboration in APJ, Steve drives overall business and segment strategy for the complete Cisco Collaboration Portfolio.

Tom Puorro

Tom Puorro is Vice President and General Manager of the Unified Communications Technology Group (UCTG) at Cisco. He is responsible for managing Cisco's Unified Communications infrastructure portfolio along with existing and next generation IP phones. Cisco is the global leader in the infrastructure and telephony space, holding the #1 market share position for over 10 years.

Tom is focused on driving growth in balance with innovation and customer focus. He brings 15 years of engineering experience in Unified Communications to this role. He joined Cisco in 2000 as a sales engineer, went to spend a few years at Microsoft and then returned to Cisco to manage the Product Management team for Cisco's IP Communications endpoints and infrastructure. Most recently, Tom led the global Engineering team responsible for delivering Cisco voice and video devices.

Zachary Taylor

Zack Taylor is Director for Cisco's Global Collaboration team located in Iselin, New Jersey. In this role, he is responsible for planning, development, and communication of a group of business-relevant solutions based on Cisco's Contact Center portfolio.

Prior accountabilities include roles in Avaya's Global Sales Channel, where he was a Global Account Manager in the Financial Services and Banking Industry and Integrated Solutions Organizations, Contact Center portfolio General Manager, and a founding member of Avaya's Global Strategic Solutions team. He also was a principal for the firm's Customer Contact Council.

He is a published author on numerous Call Center technologies, including articles in Tele-Professional, The European Business Council Journal, Business Communications Review, CTI Magazine, South African Intelligence Monitor, and he has appeared on National Public Radio, discussing the value of technology in supporting customer relationships. Taylor is a featured Cisco blogger and his posts can be found at //

He has an undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Ashland University in Ohio. He has participated in programs at The London School of Business, University of Michigan's Executive Education Program, Six Sigma University, and the Alexander Hamilton Institute. Snorre Kjesbu

Snorre Kjesbu is the Vice President and General Manager for the Collaboration systems and Video Technology Group (CVTG). This organization is responsible for all of Cisco's collaboration endpoints; Desk, Room, and Immersive Collaboration systems, Telepresence Server, MCU, Conductor, TMS, and CXS.

Before joining Cisco, Kjesbu was Senior Vice President for Tandberg's Endpoint Product Division where he was responsible for the development and innovation of all Tandberg's video endpoints. Prior to Tandberg, he was at ABB responsible for wireless communications. Kjesbu and his team at ABB were awarded the Wall Street Journal Innovation award for their work on wireless sensors in 2002.

Kjesbu serves on the board of directors of several IT-companies, and holds more than 20 patents in the area of communications and video conferencing. He is frequently invited to speak at key events and was a guest lecturer at the Stanford Network Research Center in Stanford University.

Richard Dodsworth
Director of Systems Engineering

Richard Dodsworth joined Cisco Systems in the UK in 1996 before transferring to Singapore in 2001 and most recently moving to Adelaide, Australia in 2010. His 25+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry has included time with UB Networks and as a civil servant in the Australian Government. As the Pre-Sales Engineering Leader of Collaboration Sales in Asia-Pacific and Japan he provides guidance and technology direction to Cisco's sales teams, partners and customers within the region.

He's certified as a CCIE in 1995, and is the holder of a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Adelaide, Australia.

When not travelling for work, or more commonly nowadays meeting people on a Telepresence call, he enjoys going to the theatre and movies with his wife and being challenged to the latest online game one of his 3 children has discovered on the Internet.

Wayne Lee
Head of Product Management – APAC

Wayne Lee joined Jabra in Oct 2007 based in Melbourne, Australia. He has held various positions within the company and now resides in Singapore as the Head of Product Management – APAC. The role entails managing the products into the APAC region and collaboration with global HQ on the product strategy for APAC.

Wayne has over 15 years of experience working in technology related organizations ranging from software to networking to products. In that time, he has followed the ever changing trends in technology and travelled the region extensively in his many roles.

Wayne holds a Computer Science degree from the Australian National University and a Masters of Business and Technology from the University of New South Wales.

Michele C. Caminos
Managing VP

Michele Caminos is a Managing Vice President with Gartner Technology and Service Provider research. Ms. Caminos covers the data center transformation space, looking at the strategic direction of vendors around hybrid cloud, mobile, infrastructure and go-to-market approaches. Ms. Caminos also manages the global team of Security and Imaging & Print Services. Ms. Caminos previously covered the SMB and channels research area, as well as IT services, within Gartner in the U.S. and Asia/Pacific. Key research areas include vendor strategies, go-to-market strategies and user demands. Ms. Caminos is a regular presenter at local and international IT events and contributes regularly to Australasian and Asia/Pacific computing journals and publications.

Prior to joining Gartner, Ms. Caminos was a market analyst with Accenture, specializing in the areas of logistics and distribution. Other experience includes portfolio management roles in banking and finance, as well as marketing of healthcare software. She holds a BS in Business Administration (International Marketing) from Boston University and now resides in Auckland, New Zealand.

A: No, substitutions are not allowed. The Cisco APJ Partner Connection is an invitation-only event. A substitute has to be submitted for consideration through your Cisco partner development manager. A: No, registration on behalf of another person is not allowed.

Q: Do I need to wear my badge during the entire conference?

A: Yes, badges must be worn during the entire event, including meal functions and evening social activities, so that you can be readily identified as an attendee of the conference.

Hotel cancellation policy: Charges will be levied for any cancellation made after April 11, 2016.
