About Apprenticeship

The Cisco CX apprenticeship combines on-the-job experience with training. Apprentices work with experienced professionals in real live projects and go through relevant training, while earning a wage. This program offers a Cisco fixed-term contract of 2 years. During this time, Apprentices develop their skills and talent towards securing a permanent position at the end of their contract.

Project Specialist

In this role you’ll be part of an actively growing Professional Services (PS) team. The Cisco PS organization helps customers optimize their network investment and speed adoption and migration of advanced technologies. A key component of the PS portfolio is our Project Management capability and expertise.

For Project Specialist, day to day activities include:

  • Successful completion of customer projects ensuring that the project objectives, customer acceptance criteria and internal performance metrics are achieved.
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Managing internal and external stakeholders, subcontractor partners and project team members and ensuring the accuracy of project data in internal tools and systems

High Touch Operations Analyst

Cisco seeks High Touch Operations Analyst to work with designated customers, such as Large Enterprise Companies, ensuring they receive premium-level service. As the person between the customer and Cisco Support Services, you will track everyone and everything that touches the service process, driving improvements and ensuring excellence at every phase. With significant exposure both internally and externally, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in this stimulating role.

For High Touch Operations Specialist, day to day activities include:

  • Support delivery of High Touch Technical Care program to major accounts.
  • Regularly interact with Cisco's customer and internal teams in a coordinated fashion to ensure problem resolution.
  • Identify, build and maintain relationships with customer's operational teams, and their management
  • Co-ordinate technical support to properly manage operational issues and customer needs, and ensure service delivery meets customer expectations.
