문제 해결

모뎀 문제를 해결할 때 첫 번째 단계는 CGR에서 모듈을 인식할 수 있는지 확인하는 것입니다.

CGR에서 3G 모듈을 인식할 수 있는지 확인

3G 모듈이 설치 및 구성된 후 CGR에서 모듈을 인식하지 못하는 경우가 있습니다.

1. show cellular 3/1 all 명령을 실행하여 CGR이 모듈을 인식하고 모든 관련 정보를 표시할 수 있는지 확인합니다.출력의 모든 필드에 "unknown(알 수 없음)"이 표시되면 모듈을 다시 로드하고 2분 정도 기다렸다가 다시 확인합니다.

2. 다시 로드한 후에도 모든 필드에 "알 수 없음"이 표시되면 셀룰러 인터페이스를 종료하거나 종료하지 않고 최대 2분 동안 기다렸다가 show cellular 3/1 all 명령을 다시 실행합니다.

참고:모든 필드 값이 "알 수 없음"으로 계속 표시되면 Cisco TAC에 모듈 교체를 문의하십시오.위의 문제 해결 및 "show inventory(인벤토리 표시)" 출력과 함께 로그를 연결하여 일련 번호 정보를 확인합니다. 

3G 모듈 다시 로드

3G 모듈이 인식되었지만 연결이 없는지 확인합니다.

셀룰러 인터페이스 확인

show ip interface brief 명령을 실행하고 셀룰러 인터페이스가 IP를 수신했으며 상태가 UP인지 확인합니다.인터페이스에서 IP를 가져올 수 없는 경우 계속해서 트러스트를 생성합니다.

신호 강도 확인

수신된 신호 강도 표시(RSSI)는 3G 모듈에서 수신한 신호 강도를 나타냅니다.이는 show cellular 3/1 라디오 명령으로 확인할 수 있습니다.

RSSI 값:

1. 안정적인 연결을 위해서는 RSSI가 -90 이상이어야 합니다.-60보다 큰 RSSI는 강력한 신호 강도를 나타냅니다.

2. RSSI가 -100 미만인 경우 모듈은 네트워크에 연결할 수 없습니다.이는 다음과 같은 이유 때문일 수 있습니다.

• 셀룰러 인터페이스가 관리상 다운되었습니다.no를 사용하여 셀룰러 인터페이스를 종료하고 RSSI 값이 변경되었는지 확인합니다.
• 모듈이 저전력 모드에 있습니다.셀룰러 인터페이스를 종료/종료하고 RSSI 값이 변경되었는지 확인합니다.30초 동안 기다렸다가 종료하지 마십시오.
• 안테나가 없거나 제대로 연결되지 않았습니다.
• 3G 서비스 커버리지가 없습니다.

3. RSSI가 -60보다 큰 경우 더 많은 문제 해결이 필요합니다.디버그를 활성화하여 문제를 추가로 분류합니다.

IP 주소 연결 확인

1. 아웃바운드 통화가 시작되는지, 모듈이 show ip interface brief를 사용하여 IP 주소를 수신하는지 확인하고 show cellular 3/1 all 명령을 사용합니다.샘플 디버그 출력 - 이를 확인합니다.

2. 아웃바운드 통화가 수행되었지만 IP 주소가 수신되지 않은 경우 로그를 수집하여 show log와 함께 연결 끊기 사유를 확인합니다. | no 명령을 입력하고 TAC 케이스에 첨부합니다.

3. 아웃바운드 통화 요청이 없는 경우 IOTA(Initialize Over the Air)를 실행하여 연결이 가능한지 확인합니다(CDMA 모듈에만 해당).
