Servizi HCM-F in stato ARRESTATO dopo l'aggiornamento dell'accessorio

Introduzione

In questo documento viene descritto un problema verificatosi dopo l'aggiornamento di Hosted Collaboration Mediation Fulfillment (HCM-F) insieme al processo di risoluzione dei problemi.

La causa principale del problema è correlata a un certificato Tomcat scaduto. Molti clienti che stanno pianificando l'aggiornamento dell'accessorio HCM-F (per usufruire delle nuove funzionalità) dovranno affrontare il problema se il certificato Tomcat HCM-F esistente è scaduto e non è stato rigenerato.

Su tutti i dispositivi menzionati nel documento la configurazione è stata ripristinata ai valori predefiniti. Se la rete è operativa, valutare attentamente eventuali conseguenze derivanti dall'uso dei comandi.

Problema

Dopo aver eseguito l'aggiornamento di HCM-F (da 11.5.1 a 11.5.4) e della versione dello switch, la pagina dell'interfaccia grafica (GUI) non è più raggiungibile e i servizi sono in stato di arresto.

Risoluzione dei problemi

• Durante la verifica dello stato dei servizi, si osserva che l'interfaccia utente Web e i servizi correlati a Tomcat sono in stato ARRESTATO:

• L'esecuzione di "utils diagnostse test" da Command-Line Interface (CLI) visualizza un errore nel modulo tomcat_connectors, che indica che le connessioni interne a Tomcat non funzionano: 

test - tomcat_connectors   : Failed - The HTTP and HTTPS ports are not responding to local requests. 
Please collect all of the Tomcat logs for root cause analysis: file get activelog tomcat/logs/*  

• Il certificato Tomcat è scaduto il 26 marzo. Ciò nonostante, non sono stati osservati problemi durante (o prima) l'aggiornamento di HCM-F:

Soluzione

  1. Rigenera certificato Tomcat :

admin:set cert regen tomcat 
WARNING: This operation will overwrite any CA signed certificate previously imported for  tomcat
Proceed with regeneration (yes|no)? yes
Successfully Regenerated Certificate for tomcat.
You must restart services related to tomcat for the regenerated certificates to become active.  

 2.  Riavviare il server HCM-F:

admin:utils system restart
