Introducción
Se utilizan dispositivos de gateway de medios T1 (TIMG) y puerta de enlace de medios IP (PIMG) PBX para permitir que los PBX utilicen Unity Connection como su sistema de buzón de voz. La comunicación de TIMG/PIMG a Unity Connection se realiza mediante el protocolo de inicio de sesión (SIP). La comunicación de PBX a Unity Connection se realiza mediante la multiplexación por división de tiempo (TDM).
Este documento describe un problema que podría encontrarse con este tipo de integración.
Problema
Unity Connection está configurado para funcionar con TIMG para integrarse con PBX. Cuando llama a un PBX y suena sin respuesta o Desvío incondicional al buzón de voz, la llamada se dirige al saludo de apertura en lugar del saludo del buzón de voz.

Nota: El resto del seguimiento se ha truncado.
El problema principal aquí es que la información de llamada del PBX llega unos cuatro segundos después de que se reciba la llamada física que activó el envío de la invitación a Unity Connection. Por lo tanto, la llamada se dirigió al saludo de apertura porque no hay desviación: se incluyó en la invitación inicial a Unity Connection para indicar a Unity Connection qué buzón de correo enrutar la llamada.
Solución
Para solucionar este problema, navegue hasta Configuration > TDM > General, busque Maximum Call Party Delay (ms) y cámbielo a un valor como 5.000 ms. Esto agrega un retraso de cinco segundos antes de que la invitación inicial se componga en Unity Connection, lo que permite tiempo para que toda la información de llamada se reciba de PBX.
