Cisco's partners are core to Cisco's growth - and we want to recognise our partners' achievements and innovation in the UK market.
These awards give you the opportunity to gain publicity and celebrate your success.

When will the Award Winners be announced?

This year we will be announcing award winners at the Gala Dinner at the Brighton Partner Forum on the 24th November 2016 and also celebrating the winners at the Manchester Partner Forum on the 6th December 2016.


Award winners will receive:

  1. An engraved glass award with the relevant award category and company name.
  2. Publicity:
    1. Acknowledgement of win in Cisco press release announcing all the award winners.
    2. Ability to issue own press release. We will provide a Cisco approved template and a quote from the Cisco UKI Leadership Team.
    3. Awards coverage on Cisco UKI social media channels.

Criteria for Cisco UK Digital Marketing Partner of the Year FY16

  • Creativity & Innovation: Demonstrate how the digital campaign showed a creative and innovative approach.
  • Effectiveness: Overall effectiveness of the campaign - did it achieve reach, lead and revenue creation targets that can be directly measured?
  • Industry Recognition (Bonus Criteria): Has the campaign won/been shortlisted or nominated for an Industry Award that is shared by clients, colleagues and industry experts?

The closing date for entries is Wednesday 9th November 2016 – so don’t delay!

  1. The Cisco UK Partner Awards is only open to Cisco partners who are registered as an authorised Cisco Partner at the time of the Closing Date and have a valid CCO password ("Partner").
  2. The UK Partner Awards opens as at 9:00 BST on 12th October 2016.
  3. Nominations must be submitted by the Partner via the Cisco UK Partner Awards Web site at
  4. Partner may enter into more than one category but no more than one nomination per Partner per category.
  5. All nominations must be received by 18.00 GMT on 9th November 2016 (the 'Closing Date'). Without exception, any nominations received after the closing date will not be entered for the awards.
  6. Shortlisted Partners will be notified by 17th November 2016. If shortlisted, the Partner must be willing to send a senior executive to the Gala Dinner at the Cisco Brighton Partner Forum on the 24th November 2016, at Partner's own expense.
  7. The nominations will be evaluated by a panel of judges nominated by Cisco. The judges' decision is final and there is no right to appeal. The decision will be made based on an objective assessment against the defined criteria. There is no requirement for the judges to explain their decision.
  8. Awards in the Partner categories will be awarded to the Partner and not to individual Partner employees. Partner is free to distribute the Award(s) as it sees fit.
  9. There are no other Awards. The Awards are non-exchangeable and non-transferable. No cash alternatives to the Award will be offered. Award does not have to be accepted. If the Award is not accepted, it will be forfeited. The provision of third party Awards does not mean that the relevant third party is a sponsor or in any way endorses the UK Partner Awards. At Cisco's discretion, the potential winner(s) may be sent a declaration of eligibility / liability / publicity release ("Release"). Unless restricted by law, the potential winner(s) receiving such a Release will be required to complete, sign and return it within the time period specified therein. The Award may be forfeited and, in such case, an alternate potential winner will be selected from among the remaining eligible entries if a potential winner: (a) cannot be reached; (b) fails to obtain all signatures on the Release and to return the documents in a timely manner as required pursuant to these Terms and Conditions; or (c) cannot accept or receive the Award for any reason.

    Limit one (1) Award for each category. The approximate value is subject to change based on current market conditions at the time of Award fulfilment. No substitution, assignment, transfer, or cash redemption of any Award is allowed by winning participant. Cisco reserves the right to substitute an Award with another award of equal or greater value should the advertised Award become unavailable for any reason. If a potential winner is unable to participate in or accept the Award or any portion of the Award for any reason, Cisco shall have no further obligation to such potential winner. Neither Cisco nor any of its Award suppliers will replace any lost or stolen awards, cards or certificates after being awarded to winners. In no event will Cisco be responsible for awarding more than the stated number of Awards.

  10. CONSENT AND LICENSE TERMS. By participating in the UK Partner Awards, Partner warrants and represents that his or her nomination:
    • Is original and has been legally created, and that the Partner owns all rights to the nomination;
    • Does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights or any other legal or moral rights of any third party;
    • Has not been entered in any previous consent or won any previous award;
    • Has not been published or distributed previously in any media; and
    • Complies in all respects with the requirements as set out in these Terms and Conditions
    Third Party Rights: no part of any nomination may depict recognisable third party marks, copyrights, brands or other property, unless Partner has obtained all proper licenses. The nomination must not contain any elements that would infringe upon any third party's rights (intellectual property or otherwise) and must not include any commercial content that (1) promotes any product or service, other than one owned or branded by Cisco, or (2) disparages Cisco, its affiliates, partners, customers, competitors or any third party in any way. Cisco's determination as to whether Partner's nomination potentially violates the rights of any third party is final.
  11. PERMISSIONS AND RELEASES. Partner acknowledges and agrees that he or she is responsible for obtaining any and all documents, policies and authorisations necessary to submit the nomination to Cisco in connection with the UK Partner Awards, including but not limited to, publicity releases, permits and venue permissions, as may be necessary and Partner represents and warrants that he or she has done so and can make written copies of such permissions available to Cisco upon request.
  12. CONDITIONS. The UK Partner Awards are subject to applicable local laws. By participating in the UK Partner Awards, Partner agrees: (a) to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Cisco, which shall be final and binding; and (b) to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the UK Partner Awards or these Terms and Conditions, except where prohibited by law. Partner must ensure that all recipients of an Award bear responsibility for the payment of any and all taxes (including any increased individual income or other tax or national insurance liabilities), duty, national insurance and/or licences and or other fees or costs that may apply to or which the recipient of an Award may incur under or in connection with the receipt of such Awards or vouchers unless, in each case, Cisco agrees otherwise in writing; and Partner shall further ensure that if an Award involves any travel, the recipient obtain all necessary documents including valid passports, visas, and travel insurance, and agree explicitly to comply with all health, safety, travel and other government regulations and advisories.

    By participating in the UK Partner Awards, Partner agrees to release and hold harmless Cisco and its directors, employees, officers, licensees, licensors and agents, and respective advertising and promotion entities and any person or entity associated with the production, judging, or administration of the UK Partner Awards (collectively, the "Released Parties"), from and against any and all rights, claims and causes of action whatsoever that they may have, or which may arise, against any of them for any liability for any matter, cause or thing whatsoever, including but not limited to any loss, damage, whether direct, compensatory, incidental or consequential, to person, including damage to property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from their acceptance, possession, use or misuse of an Award, or their participation in the UK Partner Awards or related activity. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by Cisco's negligence or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these terms and conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England & Wales.

    Each potential winner acknowledges that the Released Parties have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any Award or the UK Partner Awards. Apart from manufacturer warranties (which may not be available in all geographies), all warranties are hereby disclaimed; and each potential winner will accept the Award "AS IS." All costs and expenses not specifically listed above as part of the Award are solely the winner's responsibility.

    None of the Released Parties are responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable, incomplete or indecipherable entries due to system errors or failures, or faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions and/or entries; (b) technical failures of any kinds; (c) failures of any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the UK Partner Awards; (d) unauthorised human and/or mechanical intervention in any part of the submission process or the UK Partner Awards; or (e) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the UK Partner Awards or the processing of entries.

    Use of any automated nomination device or software is prohibited. Creation or use of multiple accounts for registration or participation in the UK Partner Awards is prohibited. To the extent the UK Partner Awards uses or requires functionality of any third party website (e.g. social media sites or platforms that enable broad communications, collaboration and/or posting of videos), you understand that the Promotion is not sponsored by such third parties, and further agree to follow the policies on such website(s), as applicable. Cisco reserves the right to disqualify any Partner it finds to be tampering with the nomination process or the operation of the UK Partner Awards or violating these Terms and Conditons and reserves the right to cancel the UK Partner Awards should it suspect fraud or for reasons out of the control of Cisco. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE UK PARTNER AWARDS MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION OF SUCH PERSON FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE UK PARTNER AWARDS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, CISCO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

    All Partners are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable laws, rules and regulations, contractual limitations and/or office or company policies, if any, regarding Partner's participation in trade promotions or acceptance of promotional prizes; and by entering the UK Partner Awards, Partner confirms that he or she is not in violation of any of the foregoing and has obtained the consent of his or her employer to participate, if applicable.

    Subject to applicable law, Cisco reserves the right in its discretion, to (a) cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the UK Partner Awards and these Terms and Conditions, for any reason, at any time and without any liability, and (b) limit or restrict participation in the UK Partner Awards, upon notice.

  13. PUBLICITY. Partners acknowledge and agree that Cisco may use the UK Partner Awards for publicity, advertising or other marketing purposes in any media, and may use the name, likeness, and state of residence and/or award or prize information of potential winners as part of that publicity, without additional compensation to the potential winners. Partner may not issue any press release regarding Cisco, its Affiliates or the UK Partner Awards without the prior written consent of Cisco.
  14. PROMOTION ADMINISTRATION. Cisco reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the UK Partner Awards. If the UK Partner Awards are cancelled prior to the Closing Date stated herein, for the reasons stated above, notice will be posted on the UKI Partners Awards website.
  15. PRIVACY. Any personal information collected by Cisco will be used for the administration of the UK Partner Awards and in accordance with Cisco's privacy policy. Any questions regarding privacy matters should be directed to the address set out below. Please refer to Cisco's privacy policy located at for important information regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information by Cisco.
  16. OFFICIAL RULES AND WINNERS' LIST.
