Wendy Mars

Wendy Mars is President of Cisco’s Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia region. Her responsibilities focus on driving strategies which deliver on customer requirements and business objectives, in addition to accelerating growth for Cisco in EMEAR. Wendy is responsible for over $12billion of annual sales, managing operations across 123 countries with over 13,000 employees in the region overall. Wendy has a BEng(H) in Electronic Engineering from York University and an MSc in Operational Research from Lancaster University.

Gordon Thomson

Vice President, Global Intent-Based Networking Sales. Gordon Thomson leads Global Sales for Enterprise Networking. His team drives the sales motions for transforming the customer experience through Cisco’s core portfolio, which represents 40 percent of Cisco’s total product revenue. Thomson and his global team work closely with customers and partners, leading them through major market transitions to ensure their businesses thrive and grow. He is passionate about delivering value beyond connectivity through intent-based networking and software selling.

Ivan Duggan

Director, EMEAR Sales, Intent-Based Networking (IBN). Ivan has overall responsibility for ‘go to market’ of Cisco’s Enterprise Networking Business in EMEAR, a portfolio that represents around 50% of Cisco’s product revenues in the region. With a key focus on enhancing customer’s digitisation evolution, application consumption, productivity, profitability and lower costs through better use of Intelligent & Intuitive Networks. With more than 30 years’ experience in the data communications industry, Ivan joined Cisco in 1999, has a diverse background of both domestic and international sales experience, holding various leadership positions in Cisco across EMEAR. Ivan lives in Limerick, Ireland with his wife Siobhan and 2 university going children, he is an avid sports enthusiast.

Bruno Klauser

Bruno Klauser works at Cisco as a Principal Architect in the EMEAR Enterprise Networking Digital Acceleration Team, based out of Zurich, Switzerland. Bruno is the EMEAR Enterprise Networking Tech Lead for DNA Center, with a primary focus on Programmability, Automation and Analytics.Within this field he's focusing on the adoption of network programmability, software-defined, telemetry and analytics as well as automation. Key contributions include early adopter engagements, public presentations, white paper and book chapter contributions, proof of concept demonstrations, open-source tutorials, transfer of information seminars and supporting development and architectural groups across the industry, community, academia and within Cisco. Bruno is an avid Design Thinker, member of the IEEE and co-organizer of workshops related to his focus areas. He holds a diploma in Software Engineering from University of Applied Sciences Brugg/Windisch, Switzerland as well as a Master of Advanced Studies diploma in Human Computer Interaction Design from University of Basel, Switzerland.
