Shiva heads Commercial, Midmarket, and Small Business segments for Cisco India & SAARC. As the segment head, Shiva is responsible for strategy, sales, and operations to drive long-term growth for the segment in the region (India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Nepal, and Bhutan)

With 23 years of Experience in the technology Industry, Shiva has been with Cisco for the last 18 years. He has been a part of various roles across Enterprise, Global, Commercial, and Public Sector segments. He has also led Business Development for Enterprise Networking for Cisco India & SAARC. Shiva has played a key role in driving several strategic wins and customer engagements for Cisco, ensuring greater Customer satisfaction. He has a proven track record of scaling businesses, accelerating new growth engines, and is known for his steadfast customer focus and commitment.  

Prior to Cisco, Shiva also worked with CMC Limited in sales and business development roles. Shiva is an MBA from Osmania University, Hyderabad.
