Sandeep leads CX in India and SAARC at Cisco. A Harvard alumnus with over 20 years of extensive experience in the ICT industry in the region, he passionately drives market transition to accelerate innovation and business outcomes for our customers, partners and communities. As customers redefine their business with digitization, under his leadership CX executes these bold transformations through the teams of Services, Customer Adoption and Renewals.

Prior to this role, Sandeep was the Managing Director for Cisco’s Service Provider (SP) segment and was responsible for business across Telecom, Cloud and Media in South-West India and Sri Lanka. Here, he personally led two digital market transitions in the Indian SP sector, which redefined Indian consumer behavior access to Technology and New Business Model.

At Cisco, Sandeep also instituted the Center of Excellence (COE) for Automation, Mobile Broadband Technology and Services Operation to deliver outcomes for Indian customers, and this positioned India as the ‘Hub of Innovation’ for Cisco Worldwide.

Sandeep is deeply committed to building Leaders and Teams of Future at Cisco, with his strong ethos of driving company culture and fostering right business values. Additionally, he has authored multiple business papers and is a regular speaker at industry and leadership forums.
