The Configure > Access Points > Radio 802.11b/g/n > General page displays the general configuration details for the selected radio.

1. Modify the Admin Status field to enable or disable the radio.
2. Modify the CleanAir Admin Status field to enable or disable CleanAir for the radio.
3. Click Apply.

The Configure > Access Points > Radio 802.11b/g/n > Antenna Parameters page displays the antenna details for the selected radio. 

To update antenna parameters:

1. Select the check box against the antenna to enable or disable its use on the selected access point.
2. If your antenna is external, in the Antenna Gain field, enter or update the gain to specify an external antenna’s ability to direct or focus radio energy over a region of space. High-gain antennas have a more focused radiation pattern in a specific direction. The antenna gain is measured in 0.5 dBi units, and the default value is 7 times 0.5 dBi, or 3.5 dBi.
3. Click Apply.

The Configure > Access Points > Radio 802.11b/g/n > Assignment page displays the channel assignment details for the selected radio, on the access point.

To update channel assignment details:

1. From the Assignment Method drop-down list in the RF Channel Assignment section, choose Custom and choose a custom value to assign an RF channel to the access point radio.
2. From the Assignment Method drop-down list in the Tx Power Level Assignment section, choose Custom and choose a custom value to assign a transmit power level to the access point radio. The transmit power level is assigned an integer value instead of a value in mW or dBm. The integer corresponds to a power level that varies depending on the regulatory domain in which the access points are deployed. The number of available power levels varies based on the access point model. However, power level 1 is always the maximum power level allowed per country code setting, with each successive power level representing 50% of the previous power level. For example, 1 = maximum power level in a particular regulatory domain, 2 = 50% power, 3 = 25% power, 4 = 12.5% power, and so on.

The Configure > Access Points > Radio 802.11b/g/n > Performance Profilepage displays details of the performance profile of the selected radio.

To update the profile details:

Note: You can globally set these details on the Configure > Radio Configuration pages.

1. Enter the interface for which you want to update the performance profile.
2. In the Clients field, enter a number between 1 and 75 to set the client threshold.
3. In the Noise field, enter the noise threshold between –127 and 0 dBm.
4. In the Utilization field, enter the RF utilization threshold for the radio, between 0 and 100 percent.
5. In the Data Rate field, enter the throughput threshold for the radio, between 1 Kbps and 1000 Kbps.
6. Click Apply.
