To configure your uplinks (as trunk ports), click the Uplink radio button, and click the ports in the list of Unmapped Ports. The uplink ports that you map to this port template are displayed in blue. To configure downlinks (access ports), on your device, click the Downlink radio button. Specify a VLAN to which you want with associate the downlink ports, and click the ports you want, in the list of Unmapped Ports. The selected downlink ports that you map to this port template are displayed in green.

To configure your uplinks as trunk ports with a port-channel, click the Uplink radio button, and click the ports in the list of Unmapped Ports. The uplink ports that you map to this port template are displayed in blue.
To configure downlinks on your device, click the Downlink radio button. Specify a VLAN to which you want to associate the downlink ports, and click the ports you want, in the list of Unmapped Ports. The selected downlink ports that you map to this port template are displayed in green.

Choose 1 in the a Port Channel field to connect to other core or distribution devices .Choose 2 to port-channel 2 to connect to the redundant distribution switch. Click the ports in the list of Unmapped Ports to select ports. The uplink ports that you map to this port template are displayed in blue.
To configure downlinks, as trunk ports with a port-channel, to connect to other access switches, click the Downlink radio button. Click the ports you want, in the Unmapped Ports list. The selected downlink ports that you map to this port template are displayed in green.
