Configuring AAA Server Groups
Configuring AAA Server Groups
Configuring the device to use AAA server groups provides a way to group existing server hosts, select a subset of the configured server hosts and use them for a particular service. A server group is used with a global server-host list. The server group lists the IP addresses of the selected server hosts.
On the Services > Security > AAA >Server Groups > RADIUS page, click Add.
In the Quick Setup: AAA RADIUS Server Group section, enter a name for the RADIUS server group.
Choose the delimiter to be used in the MAC addresses that are sent to the RADIUS server, from the MAC-Delimiter drop-down list.
Choose a value from the MAC Filtering drop-down list, based on which to filer MAC addresses.
To configure dead time for the server group and direct AAA traffic to alternative groups of servers that have different operational characteristics, in the Dead-Time field, enter the amount of time, in minutes, after which a server is assumed to be dead.
Choose the servers that you want to include in the server group, from the Available Servers list and move them to the Assigned Servers list.
