What's New in Cisco HCM-F, Release 11.5(5)


Note

  • The build number for Cisco Hosted Collaboration Mediation Fulfillment, Release 11.5(5) is 11.5.5.10000-2.

  • If you have installed or upgraded to Cisco HCM-F 11.5(5), you must install or upgrade to Cisco Unified CDM 11.5(3) and then install Unified CDM 11.5(3) Patch Bundle 3 or later version for all features to work as expected. Cisco Hosted Communications Mediation Fulfillment 11.5(5) includes the following features:

  • Flex Usage Reports

    You can download a .CSV file which contains all the customer level flex license consumption details for a partner in dedicated architecture deployment. In case of shared architecture deployment, it shows the cluster level report. CSV file helps you in identifying the detailed license consumption for dedicated or shared customer.

    You can launch the Flex Usage Reports feature from the HCM-F UI (Infrastructure Manager > License Management > Flex Usage Reports), and view the customer and cluster level license consumption details.

  • Enhanced HCM-F APIs for accessibility

    You can now enhance all the HCM-F APIs for secure accessibility by using two mandatory headers that is Origin or Referer and X-Requested-With.

Search for Known Bugs

To access Bug Search, you need the following items:

  • Internet connection

  • Web browser

  • Cisco.com user ID and password

To use the Bug Search page, follow these steps:

Click Help on the Bug Search page for information about how to search for bugs, create saved searches, create bug groups, and so on.


Procedure


Step 1

Access the Bug Search page: https://tools.cisco.com/bugsearch/.

Step 2

Log in with your Cisco.com user ID and password.

Step 3

If you are looking for information about a specific problem, enter the bug ID number in the Search For: field, and click Enter. For general searches related to HCM-F, follow these steps:

  1. Enter HCM-F in the Search For: field.

  2. Apply other filters as needed.

  3. Click Enter.
